  • Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. Today I have a hypnotic journey for you and this hypnotic journey is packed with questions. I even edited some questions out of this thing. What you're gonna hear today is a hypnotic journey that I recorded over the solstice weekend in the summer of 2025. If you've listened to the previous three episodes, you heard discussions from people who took a hypnotic journey with me over the solstice.

    and then shared what their experience was. Well, over that weekend, we did two days of hypnosis. So what you're going to listen to today is the hypnotic journey we took on day two. So I recorded this while sitting on my living room floor with friends strewn about my living room in reclined positions doing this hypnotic journey. Right after that hypnotic journey, the four of us discussed what everybody got on their journey. So today you're going to hear the hypnotic journey.

    And then in the upcoming three episodes, you're going to hear from my friends who did this journey and what they got. So for today, just kick back, relax, or find time to kick back, relax, and take this hypnotic journey. This hypnotic journey begins by leading you to connect your energy to the divine, ground your energy into earth, and use your own light as protection. Then by using a memory, we access your higher self.

    And it's when we're in that space of the higher self energy that we're gonna be asking some questions. We use all of these pieces in a hypnotic journey to keep you protected and to keep your frequency elevated. The energy that is you is vibrating and we are affecting that vibration which will affect your experience in the unseen realms around us, on the astral plane, in the Akashic records.

    in your higher self-energy, in the life between lives, there's so many different places we can go and ways we can describe it. But it's by having these things in a hypnotic journey that in over 12 years of journeying myself, I can tell you these are what keep me having a good experience. And generally avoiding just an awful experience for no reason. Which can often happen when we enter those realms with kind of a lower state, whether we're carrying a lot of fear,

    anger, resentment, guilt, shame, carrying a lot of heavy emotion can affect our experience over there. And it's not to say that if you see yourself as someone who just carries a lot of heavy emotion in general that you can't do this, that's actually not true. By experiencing these higher frequencies, these more elevated emotions in this hypnotic journey, you're actually activating that within you. You're giving your brain and body

    an experience that allows you to feel that way outside of what you normally feel if you feel like you normally feel a lot of heavy emotions. And so it's about feeling that way within the journey. And that'll definitely affect you outside the journey as well. But just know that that is a piece of the protection and you can feel safe while you're doing it. To set up your space and make the most of this hypnotic journey, think about where you're gonna do this and when you're gonna do it.

    You want to set yourself in a space where you can have uninterrupted time for this journey. You want to make sure you're comfortable, the area is free from distractions, and of course, don't be in charge of any heavy machinery or anyone who needs help. Think of this as if you were going to lay down and take a nap for 45 minutes. What kind of things would you set up or put in place or put on silent? And as always with a hypnotic journey, all you have to do is sit back, relax, listen to the journey.

    and observe what comes to mind. The more you do it, the easier it gets. So the more often you do these hypnotic journeys, the more comfortable you are in that space, the more understanding you'll get, and the more information you'll get as well. I have prompts we've threw out to help you remember all the information that you get during this journey. And so you can just kick back, relax, blink your eyes closed, listen to the whole thing, and get that information.

    If you're doing that, I highly encourage you to take, you know, five, 10 minutes or even more to journal about the information that you got, parts of the experience that you remember, because that memory will fade. It's like a dream. It's like a conversation with anyone. If we never think about it again, we won't remember. So this is kind of a nice way to capture that afterward. Another option would be sitting in a comfortable position.

    but one where you can journal. So as you hear me say a question, you could hit pause, pop open your eyes, and just start journaling. Just start writing an answer. See what comes out once you feel like you've written it all. Then hit play, listen to the next question, hit pause, journal. To open your eyes during trance and do something like hit pause on a recording isn't going to take you out of that trance state unless you want it to.

    So at any time during a hypnotic journey, you always have your wits about you enough to, if you wanted to get up and get the heck out of the room, you would. It would just be like pulling yourself out of a nap. You're definitely more conscious and aware than you are when you're sleeping, but you do feel incredibly relaxed. With hypnotic trance, it's a state of mind. It's easier to access this wisdom and understand it when our eyes are closed.

    but it's not the only way we can do it. So you won't lose the trance by popping open your eyes in order to get back into that trance space. If you were to lose it or feel like you did lose it or really have to get up and go to the bathroom or something like that, just know that the moment you re-engage with the hypnotic track, re-engage with my voice, my suggestions, the journey that we're on, you will be easily back into that trance state.

    my gosh, I haven't even covered what are we covering today in this hypnotic journey. You guys, there's so many questions and I even cut some out. Basically, the questions that I have teed up have to do about consciousness, what I have been exploring with my higher self, and what can we know about healing, growing, evolving, and what role does our consciousness play? How is it related? Is that when we expand our consciousness, how is that related to all of it?

    And then I was curious how we could take this idea of, you know, envisioning, you know, we have vision boards and goals and all that. So if you envision what you want the most in your life, how is consciousness using consciousness, expanding consciousness, knowing about consciousness? How is that relevant to what you want most in life? And then what can you know about the thoughts, the beliefs that

    block you in on that path to getting what you want. And then within that, I drill down even more because a big part of that is also creativity. Like even if you just think of creativity is the life you're creating with every single decision that you make. So I asked some questions around consciousness, creativity, what promotes that, what blocks that? A lot of questions in there. And you know what? I

    thought, should I split this up into two journeys? And I was like, you know what? Why don't we just test ourselves and see how many questions we can do in a hypnotic journey? We're at our higher self energy anyways. It's so healthy and nourishing to be in that loving energy. Why not stay there and get even more information? So you know the drill.     And then just bring your awareness along the backside of your body and the parts of you that sink deepest.

    And now connect to that light, that divine light from the highest source, from creation.

    light that holds all the wisdom that ever was, is, or will be.

    and just holding that in your awareness.

    And now imagine a part of that light coming to you and now hovering above the crown of your head.

    And now imagine the crown of your head opening up and just allow that light to come in.

    and immediately your body responds having done this so many times before. You absorb that light into every part of your being.

    It nourishes you, balances you.

    and just feel that relaxation, that peace move through your whole body.

    head to toe, more and more with each exhale.

    and now connect to that grounding root system that runs from you to earth.

    And just bring your awareness there and observe your root system today.

    and just know that it's connecting you and Earth.

    And with each exhale, just know that any excess energy, anything that's no longer serving you, is loosening up and being washed away down into your root system.

    With each inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth.

    You're now totally connected to the divine and held in that healing, grounding frequency of earth.

    and grow that light bigger, brighter until it shines out all around you.

    And just imagine turning up the brightness.

    and just know that you remain in this protective layer of light connected to the divine source energy.

    and held in that grounding energy of Mother Earth.

    this place of expanded awareness, expanded consciousness.

    moving toward the realm of pure, unconditional love and unlimited potential.

    And so bring to the front of your mind a time when you felt unconditional love.

    Just allow any memory to come forward.

    and then be in that memory. Feel that love.

    feel the love you have for that other person.

    And just allow this feeling to turn up in your body. So imagine feeling even more of it.

    as you feel this unconditional love.

    Your awareness is moving into that space of your higher self, your wisest self.

    So just be in that feeling of unconditional love, knowing your awareness is moving in to this space of knowing.

    In my first question for your higher self, your wisest self,

    is just a general question. What can we know about consciousness?

    You have any follow-up questions? Just hold that in your mind, see what you get.

    And then also, if your inner knowing could let you know, what can we know about this idea of like evolving, healing, growing, and consciousness? What happens to consciousness as we evolve, heal, grow? What actually shifts consciousness in the way we behave or want to change?

    Is there else that comes to mind?

    next question for your highest self, your wisest self, has to do with consciousness and something that you want or what you want most in life.

    And so if you bring to the front of your mind something that you want, something you're working towards, something you're seeking, and then just allow this part of you to help you understand how to use your consciousness.

    to create to get that, to be to get that, to think to get that. What can you know about consciousness and getting where you wanna be in life?

    and continuing to get that information along the lines of consciousness and what you're creating or who you're becoming. What can you know about parts of you, your thoughts or your beliefs, parts of your consciousness? What parts of you hold you back? And what can you know about those parts of you?

    just continuing to bring this information in. Anything else to know about consciousness, what you're creating, who you're becoming.

    anything you do, think what you believe that might get in the way and what you can do about it.

    knowing that you'll remember all of this information about creativity, consciousness, and anything else that you can know now. How you can use that.

    do what you want to do, change what you want to change, become who you want to be.

    Just allow this part of you to give you any more information on things that might be holding you back, keeping you stuck, whether it's a thought process or a belief or your perception about something. Just allow any other information to come in about anything that might be blocking you.

    Just continuing to be with this part of yourself, exploring this idea of consciousness, our beliefs.

    and now our perception.

    So when it comes to consciousness and what we perceive.

    What can you know about that from your higher self, your wisest self? What's the difference between consciousness and perception in general or specific to you?

    And the next question for your highest, wisest self, it's continuing to build on these questions, and my question is, how can we understand consciousness, perception, beliefs in a way that makes us more loving, compassionate, makes this world more fair and just?

    What can we know about consciousness, beliefs, perceptions?

    and making ourselves in this world more loving, compassionate, and fair.

    The next thing to explore is this idea of consciousness, creativity, beliefs, perception, and a feeling of cringe. Sometimes when we create, afterwards we might feel cringe or we might be worried about what other people think.

    So whatever your version of that is, even if you don't use those words.

    What can you know about your beliefs, your perceptions, and how to like feel less cringe or feel more excited about what you're doing or confident? Just feeling into that. You might use different words.

    Just see what your inner knowing and guidance has to say about that.

    What can you know about your consciousness, how it's tied to the body, how it relates to this higher self or wisest self? What can you know about consciousness, how it's tied to the body, how it relates to your higher self or your wisest self?

    And then what can you know about consciousness and experiencing other lifetimes? Is it all a memory even if it is in what appears to be the future? What can we know about our consciousness and how it interacts with other lifetimes?

    And then whenever that feels complete to you, just kind of reengage with that energy, your higher self, your wisest self.

    Just reengage with that energy and just see if there's any other messages for you related to something that we've covered or not, or maybe you have a specific question you want to bring to the front of your mind. Just open it up, be in that energy of this part of you.

    And just know that as you're in this energy, this part of you, to access this knowing, this wisdom, these lessons learned, you'll get easier and easier every day. Just being in this energy, being aware of this energy, and just sending this part of you love and gratitude.
