Get the Most Out of Your Journey

This experience is designed to be gentle, spacious, and supportive. A little preparation can help you settle more easily and receive more clearly.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know to feel comfortable and ready, including:

  • How the evening will flow

  • What to bring

  • What hypnosis is (and isn’t)

  • How to prime your mind ahead of time

  • What happens during the journey

  • Space for questions and integration

    There’s no “right” way to do this. Think of this page as an invitation to arrive a little more at ease.

Group Flow & What to Expect

We’ll open the circle together, so please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled.

Once everyone is comfortable, I’ll begin with a brief introduction. I’ll explain:

  • What hypnosis is and how it works

  • Why we use it for this type of inner exploration

  • What to expect during the journey

There will be time to ask questions both before and after the hypnotic experience.

From there, we’ll relax into the hypnotic journey.

It often feels similar to a deeply calming guided meditation. You’ll be led into a focused, relaxed state where inner imagery, sensations, memories, or insights may naturally arise.

When the journey is complete, I’ll gently guide everyone back into the present moment, bringing with us any insight, clarity, or perspective gained during the experience.

Afterward, there will be time to:

  • Journal

  • Ask questions

We’ll then close the circle together and step back into the flow of our lives.

All you truly need is yourself. There’s no wrong way to show up.

Comfort is the priority. You’ll be positioned on the floor, similar to a yoga or meditation class, and you may lie flat, recline, or sit upright.

Take a moment to imagine what would help your body fully relax. Think in terms of delicious comfort for your future self.

You may want to bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • A blanket

  • A pillow or bolster

  • Warm layers or a sweatshirt

  • Cozy socks

  • An eye covering or eye mask

Optional items:

  • Water

  • A journal

  • A pen

What to Bring

Prime Your Mind Before We Meet

To support your experience, I’ve created a hypnosis recording you can listen to ahead of time.

This track helps you practice relaxing to the sound of my voice, allowing you to settle more quickly and deeply during the live journey. I recommend listening 3–5 times if you can.

The easiest way to use it is to press play as you’re falling asleep at night. There’s nothing to “do” besides listen and rest.

You’ll also be able to keep this track for future use. It’s designed to gently guide you toward rest and can be helpful whenever sleeplessness or mental noise shows up.

A Note on Cancellations

Because time and space are intentionally held for each participant, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
