Staying Clear in a Noisy World

Community, influence, and the inner work that changes everything. Clips + commentary from my a couple of my most impactful hypnosis sessions recently.

This is the kind of episode that, going forward, will live inside the paid Patreon space. I wanted to share it with everyone here as a way to open the door and let you feel what these deeper sessions are like.

In this episode, I’m revisiting two Seer Sessions journeys that changed something in me at a cellular level, not just an intellectual one. I’m pulling clips from Seer Sessions Episodes 194 and 196, and pausing to talk through what I hear now, what I didn’t understand at the time, and what these sessions revealed about consciousness, influence, perspective, and staying clear in a noisy world.

We start with Episode 194 and the Red Planet experience, where the most important part wasn’t where I went, but how it felt to remember something instead of learning it.

From there, we move into Episode 196 and widen the lens into the collective: how perspective becomes a filter, how influence quietly shapes us, and how awareness expands.

This is part behind-the-scenes, part personal processing, and part real-life application.

Jina Seer (00:02.464)

In this Patreon episode, we are going deeper with January's topic. I'm going to share some clips of two different hypnosis sessions that I did, and I shared these hypnosis sessions on the Seer Sessions podcast. So if you want to go back and listen to those entire sessions, it's episode 194 and episode 196. So in those episodes, I have the whole episode, but in this Patreon episode, we are going deeper. I'm just pulling some clips.

and I'm just going to share and kind of talk from there. Those two sessions were really impactful for me in the sense of really understanding the idea of expanding awareness. And I think essentially that's what we're doing when we're healing is expanding our awareness. If I were to boil it down to like the most basic thing. And I think that that is something that can really help us grow into wisdom as

every year that passes by in our life. And we can really take the wisdom of everything that we've been through and the hardships of everything that we've been through and really take those gifts and use them going forward. Take, you know, everything that you learn, every lesson you learn, everything you go through that's difficult expands your capacity for that difficulty, for difficulty in general, and it expands your capacity for joy.

for love, for peace, for self-trust. And so to understand that

is kind of a never-ending journey really, because if you dive into consciousness, and for like two years I've been just in my own personal time studying it, different books, articles, podcasts, people's experiences, firsthand experiences, research, all that stuff, and we don't know so much about our consciousness and our awareness. And all I know is that my whole life I've been plagued with these big questions

Jina Seer (02:11.36)

of like, what is it all about? And how can you people just like go about life and be in pain or go about life and have these questions that I have?

And so we're going deeper and I'm digging into these two sessions that I did not quite a year ago. And I did these sessions with that intention of like, what can I learn personally about consciousness and awareness? And that was my intention. And I wanted to share it on the podcast because I'm very much in that space, in that journey myself. And if I've learned anything in almost seven years of podcasting, it's that if I am

examining something, questioning something, there are many people out there who are doing the same thing. And so to talk about it helps me. And I know that when people talk about their deep thoughts, it often helps me kind of organize and identify that same level of depth of thought within me. So here we go. I'm gonna share some specific.

clips and I'll share those with you. We'll listen together and then I'm just gonna share my thoughts on it. There's plenty I'm still struggling with so that'll come in too. So this first set of clips that I'm gonna show you is from episode 194 and or the session that I shared in episode 194 and so again my intention for that session was literally just to what can Gina know? Like what can I know from

from a different lifetime, like put it in me so deeply. That's why I wanted to go to a different lifetime. Like what can I know on a cellular level about consciousness and awareness and the life I came here to create essentially, like that's the part I left out. But in my personal life, it was like, I wanted to know that because I also have this just insatiable desire to be like.

Jina Seer (04:11.326)

I can do more. I have more potential. Let's do it. Like I always want to do more. I think that part of that is because I know like as souls we can really evolve and really elevate our.

state of being in a lifetime in somewhere as low and heavy and dense as earth and I want to make the most of that and so this is just an extension anyway so I wanted to access a lifetime that would really help me get it more I guess

And so that's what this session was. Well, when we went into this session, I ended up on the Red Planet. If you access those episodes, episodes 194, 196, and honestly, a lot of the episodes around those episodes, you'll be able to see links to other Red Planet episodes. But it's this place that I've been going to essentially kind of spontaneously for years and have just in the last six months started going there intentionally with questions. And these two episodes, or this

episode 194 was really kind of the gateway to it. It really kind of showed me a little bit more expansive view of what the red planet was and how I'm related to it and how the different experiences that I've had on the red planet and with the people on the council on the red planet and anyway it kind of

wrap that all up in this is what you've been learning and this is where we're going with it. So in this session, it really was kind of this turning point of using that space. so even though, as you'll see, I was kind of resistant to it, I did end up going back multiple times and I have been back several times since intentionally and I'll be sharing those episodes in the next few months and diving into that wisdom, which I'm actually really

Jina Seer (06:12.664)

excited to go back and visit because I haven't listened and I'll listen for the first time with you guys and we'll talk about it together. So if you were to listen to episode 194 you'd hear that session and you you would hear like my kind of confusion and disbelief as to like why am I here what's going on and I could also be kind of in the psyche of the lifetime that I'm living on the red planet or a part of my soul is living on the red planet and and so you would hear all of that confusion so if you want to hear it again or if you

haven't listened to that I highly recommend going to listen to episode 194 for that reason and then I'll once I go through a couple clips from that session then I'm going to go into the next session where it's more about like the collective consciousness and I'm going to share a couple clips of that and again it's all tying back to this idea of like

How do we stay clear in who we are and what we truly want in this life in a world that kind of like pulls us off that path? So then we'll dive into kind of the collective part of that and I'll take snippets from the session I shared in episode 196. So if you want more on that, episode 196 is where you'll get that. Okay, so let's get into it. All right, so this is the first clip I'm gonna share.

I'm editing this as I do it. I'm trying to become very efficient. And like, I don't know.

I like seeing behind the scenes, so maybe that'll be more entertaining than if I was like polished in front of the camera. I'm also using Patreon as like a test for things that work with you all, things that you like and prefer, and trying to mesh it with like the things, the new things I try that I like and prefer, and then eventually I would like roll that out to the podcast, like if it was a format or something like that.

Jina Seer (08:06.754)

Let's get into this first clip. I'm just observing your surroundings. What are you aware of here? I'm standing on like a like a stone floor kind of and or maybe it's like a rough concrete or something like that.

But it's like I'm... I don't know, I'm just overwhelmed by these feelings of...

Jina Seer (08:39.52)

this is just such a weird feeling. So I'm like overwhelmed by these feelings of...

Jina Seer (08:48.171)

Like one part of my soul is like, my god, I'm so happy to be back. Kind of weepy like that. And then the other part.

Jina Seer (09:01.23)

I don't know. It's... Yeah. Um... I guess I kind of chuckled because I almost kind of forgot the intention that we were working with, so maybe that makes sense. So it's almost like a part of my brain in that life feels familiar to me but different, and it's almost like it knew that I was

coming, this other part of my soul was coming. And so there's part of me that's like a feeling of kind of like a homecoming, going home in a really sweet way. And then a part of me that's like, it worked. I didn't get this last summer, but as I re-listen to that, I think that whole experience of like trying to figure those pieces out.

and simultaneously feeling so deeply, like in my whole body as if it was my wholeness, both my experience in that, my awareness being in her kitchen and her experience of that. And that experience alone was like very expansive for me in the sense that

Part of this consciousness and awareness journey that I've been intentionally studying for the last couple years has been like really kind of this unsatisf... just I was unsatisfied with the explanations of what we're doing in say a past life regression or a life between lives session or a hypnosis session where you visit the Akashic records or a hypnosis session where you visit your spirit guides or loved ones on the other side.

whether it was science being like theta brainwave states or spirituality being like higher self and spirit guides and souls and life's in between lives. I just, neither of those felt complete. They both felt like they fell short kind of. And it was almost like in that moment,

Jina Seer (11:22.836)

I was like needing kind of a mixture of both or like an understanding of all of this that made it real for me. A lot of my self-doubt also comes from the fact that the work I'm drawn to...

is work that most of the world kind of thinks is crazy or stupid or insignificant or a distraction or doesn't matter. And I see this work as like very liberating and entertaining at the same time. And I see it as work that could change the world.

I believe that what we need, we need a lot of things in this world, but at the very basic level, if we were to be like, what's the one thing we could change and we could change this whole world? It's if we could expand people's awareness or heighten their consciousness to a more...

level of wisdom essentially like a level of expanded knowing because in that expanded knowing is you realize how much you don't know and That's my problem, too. It's like I the more I journey spiritually the more I realize I don't know and I feel like the bigger my imposter syndrome gets and it's just like what the fuck

And what I'm being shown is this like, you know, the equal and opposite is possible, which I've been things have been that has been getting shown to me for years. And if I can feel that way, then I can feel the opposite. And what is the opposite to the positive that I can identify and would love to feel? OK, now feel that there's a lot of action that we can take personally.

Jina Seer (13:15.638)

that would ease a lot of friction for our everyday world. And so I think it comes down to awareness of the influence we have over other people and the influence we can have in our life and the action that we can actually take. I need an expanded awareness in order to figure out what the fuck I wanna do in the life I wanna live because the life I wanna live.

is not the life prescribed to a woman like me who grew up in the culture I grew up in. So I have to figure it out. How do I rectify all of these things, this doubt in the work that I'm having, this doubt in who I am as I show up in the world? And

this crazy ass world and the person who I am who's like, I see the craziness around me. I've seen it my whole life and I, it drives me so insane that I've devoted my life into like alleviating that through healing, through hypnosis. Even when I was like working in wellness and fitness, I always had an aspect where it was like,

We were meditating, we were journaling, we were practicing positive emotions. We were diving into our emotions. Like that's always been something that I can see people struggle with. I struggle with it. And I don't know, I just have the programming where I can't just do a regular ass job that doesn't really affect the...

the world as I see it, where someone might think that about my job, which is fine, they can think that. But for me, what I see is like, we need expanded awareness in this fucking world. With that comes expanded for grit capacity, expanded capacity for for visioning a future for listening to someone who has a different point of view than you for loving someone who has a different point of view than you.

Jina Seer (15:16.864)

from not shit talking someone, you know, like if we can have an expanded awareness, I'm not offended by you because I know that I can exist and you can exist and we can both be right. That's an expanded awareness. Most people today have an enemy, they have an other side. That's a narrow thing, you know, like I have things I'm fighting. It's certainly not my fellow citizen. No. So.

That is an expanded awareness. And so from my point of view, that's what it'll fix the world. So I need that's just who I am. That's how I'm oriented and programmed. So I just have to figure it out. And it just is something I don't know if I'm to figure it out because no one's really figured out consciousness and awareness and all of that to say this experience, that clip that I just shared. Oh, my God, that's such a tangent. That clip that I just shared. Like put.

layer of understanding like in my body If you're here you've probably had a pretty expansive experience Through one of my hypnotic journeys, which has most likely been a past life and you can it's a knowing on a cellular level It completely changes you

You don't need a 10 step action plan or a breath practice to get there when you're stressed out. It changes who you are. So it's the difference of me being like, you ran a marathon in a different life. You could be like, that's cool. That's really cool. I like that there's a part of me that did that.

And it feels completely different if you're at the finish line telling me, I just ran a marathon. Like those are two different knowings, two different levels of confidence that you take from it.

Jina Seer (17:13.678)

All right, so here is the second clip I'm gonna share.

But where I'm at, it's kind of like a small dwelling. I don't really... It looks like kind of a big stone floor, but all one... one? It's not like many stones, but it's kind of, yeah, just simple. I don't even really know the material it's made out of. I'm on a red planet. I'm on

It gives such a good example of how a hypnosis session goes. So you just heard what I would hear if I was the hypnotist and that was the client, right? It's just like a simple description of like where I'm at. But the feeling that the red planet evokes is this feeling that I feel like I have been kind of chasing my whole life.

It's I get that like times a hundred that peaceful feeling on the red planet. And so what I think that clip is so cool is that it's my clip. And so I can I can hear it and be like, that's what I would have heard if I was the hypnotist. But because I was the client, I could be like, my God, the feelings of that were like, it's like the equivalent of when you sink into a warm bath.

but it's not that. I mean, I love that feeling. And I'm a bath person, but it's like that in terms of like level of satisfaction, but it's different. So it's a feeling that I chase in this life. And it's just always there in that life on the red planet. Okay, the next clip.

Jina Seer (19:06.05)

Yeah, it was almost like she was playing around with like how we go visit other lifetimes. She was playing around with consciously inviting another lifetime to come to her to visit. Amazing. Huh, I get the feeling that she is telling me something about how it works, almost like...

I'm the first one of these other lifetimes. I'm the first one to come back or come to her. Does this, is this making sense? Yeah. is she at like the main hub or is she a part of, or is she the one who maybe initiated that experience experiment? Yeah. She, it's almost like.

She's just like us, but in a different world. I don't know, maybe a different time, but how we play around with experiencing other lifetimes. She wanted to get the consciousness of one lifetime to come visit her in her lifetime. But I don't, yeah, cause I don't know if it's

I don't get the sense it's just me. She was almost like, okay, and who are you? It was like the mirror, kind of the inverse of going to see another lifetime. It's like she was inviting a lifetime forward. Yeah. But almost, I guess we go to learn through metaphor and experience and she was just kind of like the equivalent of playing with a Ouija board. Let's just see what we can call in, you know?

And is there any, like, are you a part of her or are you standing in front of her as an individual?

Jina Seer (21:07.296)

So I'm kind of... to the side of her?

Jina Seer (21:14.592)

And it's me, it's like Gina's energy that's there. And what's so crazy is I'm telling her, because at first I thought she called me there because of all my Red Planet experience and just on my own. In the last year, I've been having some other contact with like the beings on the Red Planet and understanding that council and my role on that council. And so I thought that she had called me there.

for that reason, but she's like, wait, you've been to a red planet before? I thought I was calling a lifetime from Earth. So she was almost like kind of confused that I had this knowledge of the red planet where she lives. So this clip just expands on that idea of me really understanding.

this idea of consciousness, awareness, how it can feel, how we can access it. And even as I...

As I reflect on like, what are my doubts in all of this that pushes me to do all of this exploration, a big part of it is like...

It seems too good to be true.

Jina Seer (22:40.972)

You know? Really?

Jina Seer (22:46.828)

I think the part of me that is ultimately in charge

of bringing this belief forward or deciding which belief I use when I'm making decisions, that part of me, it's just like, there's nothing. It's nothing. You're dumb for even trying. Like, go get a job that like, why don't you chase money or something? Because this, it's nothing. Who cares? It doesn't matter if you're nice to people. None of that matters.

It's all a happy accident on this weird ass planet on this certain distance from this star that we live here and none of it means anything. And then another part of me sees everything that I've experienced in these hypnotic trance sessions for myself, for other people in the 12 years I've been studying or working in this field.

And I think we are so programmed and influenced, we don't even know. We don't even know. Sometimes it seems like to me that that's all we are is a culmination of all the programming, of all the influence that we've ever had in our life. And I think it's like kind of depressing, but it's

an extension of and it's all for nothing. And it's just like, I don't want to live. We don't know. If someone was like, I have proof that is what happens, then OK, I'll accept that. And maybe I wouldn't do this work. I don't know. I think I would. It's like what nothing. I really like it. You know, as long as people want it, I'll do it. But.

Jina Seer (24:50.082)

We don't know. So I don't want depressing views.

And depressing views like that, shocker, lead to more of the evil we see around us, frankly.

If I don't believe there's anything beyond this, if I don't believe I'm connected to every human, if I don't believe that I have evil in me, if I don't believe any of that and I just have this depressed everyone for themselves point of view, that just leads to more isolation and deprivation and oppression and violence and

stealing and greed and you know, we start playing this life like a fucking board game. And I don't want to live like that. If we don't know, then I don't want to live like that. So all of this too is also about convincing Gina that there is more. And here's how it could be.

And here's an experience that I got to have that helped me make it be like, whoa, this is fucking true. This is happening. You know how real these experiences can feel? And the more we do them, the more real they feel.

Jina Seer (26:19.776)

It's just like every other ability we have. If we learn a language, the less we use it, the less we know, the less we remember. If I want to get better at aim, the more I do the thing and practice the aim, the better I get. If I want to dance move, if I want to recite a poem, the more I do it, the better I get.

The same is true with these journeys. The same is true with accessing this part of your sensing and your knowing, that mammalian part of your brain that we had before we had language. an experience that helps me really understand that I think is really...

what that little piece of it was. It like it helped make it more real to me and not feel like this is too good to be true. Because if someone just told me that story, I'd be like, I don't believe that. It's too good to be true. Even if I didn't consciously think it's too good to be true, that's kind of like at the heart of the doubt for me. So.

This kind of like made it real on a different level and to help kind of eat away at that doubt. And yeah, it's just like for some reason, it just feels too good to be true. Like I just don't believe in God. I don't believe there's like this benevolent force out there that's like operating for me. And I want to people believe that they like actually get strength and courage from that. I want that. So

This is like illuminating beliefs that are blocking me to get to that. And it's also allowing me to have an experience that's like, I'm feeling it as if it's real in my whole body. Like I'm really having this experience. All right.

Jina Seer (28:16.352)

Expanding my awareness of what is possible. Because here's the thing, when I, it's not only expanding awareness of what is possible, expands my capacity for compassion for what is here.

expands my ability to see the reality in front of me and offer care for the highest and best of that person and me and the community and to not stop until we find that option. There's so many benefits of expanding our awareness. Okay, next clip. When we

are accessing these other lifetimes, even if you call it a past life and you're super primitive, what you're doing is opening the connection between the two of you, which is powerful. But we can always learn from each other and each other being other people, but also our other lifetimes. And so, okay, this is like, I got to grab it by the tail. It's like, so we learn from other people.

But we learn from ourselves too. And so when we can consciously make a connection with another facet of our soul, also called another lifetime, it's even more beneficial for our soul if that other lifetime is also aware of that connection because the wisdom flows both ways. And then you can continue to get wisdom from each other.

because you're both consciously aware of that connection. But when I go back in as Gina in this life and I go experience that life as the bounty hunter, he wouldn't have even been in that position if he had the expanded consciousness of experiencing other lifetimes and life after death. But if he did, he could have gotten my perspective, because when Gina looks at him, I'm just like, dude, it's so easy.

Jina Seer (30:26.838)

You know, this isn't your fault. You don't have to end it like this. Remorse takes one second, one second. And if you feel guilty enough to off yourself, that is like you can feel remorse just like flip it on its side and you feel remorse and it takes it all off of you. But so the more lifetimes that we have where we are intentionally expanding our awareness,

the easier it is to learn from and lean on skills from other lifetimes, other facets of our soul. And so as Gina, I've been talking about the higher self, because that's a part of it too. It's like the culmination of all of those lessons and plans, right? I don't have to live a life to get that lesson from that higher self. But sometimes that embodied experience is important. And so we do that, but

in each life benefits like exponentially if we're aware of each other consciously. But all we can control is this life that you have full awareness in right now. So expand your consciousness, expand your awareness, understand the powerful soul that you are, and that you are eternal. And then that way you can take that knowing into your next life, into your next life, into your next life.

This was like a big acceleration on that learning and that understanding. And again, it came as like this full body knowing of like, that's what it feels like from regret and guilt to remorse. That's what it feels like. That's how quick we can go. okay. So the moment I know something's available to me, I just have to get there on the inside. It's like, okay, how can I do that?

And that's how I've been using my hypnotic trance experiences in the last few, like six months for sure. It's like, okay, I know where I wanna go. And so anything I know that blocks me from going there, I wanna examine. And then I wanna just like practice being that person. Who is that person where I'm going? Who is she when she wakes up in the morning? What is she capable of? I know that she's capable of way more than I'm capable of now.

Jina Seer (32:43.476)

And so how can I imagine her and understand more of her world? Because that means I'm becoming closer to who she is. If that's I want to be, that's a good thing, right? And the things that I can access, the joy, the skills, the schedule, whatever, the work that I can access, I'm going to try to get that on my schedule the moment I can. With this clear vision, I can get there so much faster and in such a straighter, more easeful line.

that can make change so easy. It's just expanding your awareness to what is possible. You know, we can change when we know. If I'm doing something one way and I think there's only one way to do it, I'm not going to look for other ways to do it. There's so much stimulus coming into my brain. I'm not going to be thinking of that.

But if you tell me, here's this other way to do this thing even better, that's an expansion of knowing, knowing more things, becoming aware of more things and expanded awareness. Think of your life and think if you want. Let this prompt you to be like, who do I want to be? Where am I going?

and then remind yourself of that every day. Remind yourself in so many ways. Put a Post-it note everywhere. Put up pictures that remind you of it. This is like the power of a vision board, but I'm saying sprinkle it throughout your day. Be intentional to be with that vision every day. To me, that's a practice that I've been using in various ways since...

I mean, I've probably actually been using that practice for over 20 years now, working with clients where it's like, here's how you're getting clear and here's how you remind yourself of it every day. It's like, I've been doing this consciousness and awareness work since before I even knew I was doing that. I would love to hear from you. Like, do you think about, are you clear about like exactly where you're going and what you want in life? Even if that is the life you have right now, like that's awesome.

Jina Seer (34:51.148)

But what in it, what, like, are you clear on that? What are you clear about? I'm really curious, just like, are other people thinking of this? Or am I just out here torturing myself alone?

Which would be fine too, I guess. Okay, so now I'm gonna move to clips from the session I shared in Seer Sessions episode 196. So again, this was about kind of like the collective consciousness and understanding, yeah, just like the me inside the we of it all. And what does that mean? Like I said, I had kind of some questions at the time that I had teed up.

things that I wanted Steph to try to cover just based on my understanding and questions about consciousness and awareness and where I was in my life at that time. Why is this place showing up in relation to healing, evolution, or expansion of consciousness? Okay.

So before I really knew about this council, when I had just experienced a few lives on this planet, the way I described how they went about life was like managing their energy was a priority. Today on earth, somewhere in America, some boss is screaming at people about something. And that explosion of anger creates such a negative influence all around.

Everyone can feel it and it ripples out into gossip, low motivation, maybe increasing someone's depression. You can see how that could ripple out. And so on this planet, we don't see it. So we just, some of us look at someone like that and think, wow, they are very childish and out of control. And other people look at

Jina Seer (36:47.68)

someone like that and they say, wow, they're really powerful and that's how you lead making people afraid of you. in this moment, I can so clearly see how it's kind of crude, but what they keep showing me an explosion of emotion on other people, even if you think they deserve it.

It's like taking a shit on their lap. It's that big of a what the fuck. Because they can, they revere the energetics of a human. They truly live with the beliefs that we are spiritual beings, energetic beings having this experience, whatever it is, and our vibration influences everything. They know that and that's how they live. And so

The way Gina always saw it was kind of like energy management. Like, yes, there are things as the community can help with their emotions or their emotional outbursts or whatever, but it's also up to the individual to do some of that work too. Like it's individual and it's community and striking that balance. You really can only do it when you're working with consciousness and how are people energetically.

Like how are they emotionally? are they? Yeah, they really get and they really see an honor that when they're very humanoid, I mean, they look just like us. At least that's way it's presented to me. But it's, like this. Yeah. It's, like they are so attuned to the subtleties and that is awareness. That's expansive awareness. That's a higher consciousness to be able to pick up on those subtleties. That is.

where it begins and people in this world write it off as too small or invisible so it doesn't count or we can't measure it with our science tools so it doesn't count. They just don't discount it. And so all of their like motivating their people and it's not even motivating them. It's like getting them emotionally balanced because someone with a body and a soul wants to create. We are creation. That's what the soul is.

Jina Seer (39:01.43)

And so they know that by just maintaining peace and harmony and giving people opportunities, these people will naturally do their best, be joyful while they're doing it, help other people be able to receive help. It's so funny because in future sessions, I find out that that's essentially the job that this other version of me on this other planet does.

monitoring emotions specifically. Like that is her role, which I think is kind of interesting. And I feel like, I don't know if I believe it, but it makes sense. I've had that my whole life. Like I grew up in a chaotic, sometimes violent home. And so of course, like you have to adapt and you become very aware of what other people are feeling.

But also this Earth suit holds the DNA from two family lineages that are pretty intuitive, like pretty empathic. Unfortunately, a lot of that comes out as like anxiety or addiction or anger and rage. But I think that at the heart of it is this expanded awareness and is this overexposure to energies that are unpleasant and

If you don't understand your energy, then it's pretty easy to be kind of like pulled to the negative, pulled to the friction. And so I see that within myself here, if I were just to think of me as like a person with one lifetime. But I also it feels so real. The memories, the information I access on that planet and about that life really do feel real and really do make me go.

Maybe that is another reason why I am the way I am. It's not just like trauma and awful things. Okay, so something that I have thought a lot about specifically in the last like five years, post marriage dating has really brought this up is like this idea of heartbreak. And this is kind of the nihilistic part of me.

Jina Seer (41:23.17)

But where I'm like, it almost just seems like the best thing you can do in life is to have a community of people who can hold you when there's heartbreak. You know, whether it is like a breakup or a loss professionally or a loss personally, maybe someone you love dies, all the shit that can go wrong in life, all the things that are hard in life, it really just kind of seems like.

an important thing to do would be to have community who can like remind you of who you are when you're doubting it and like hold you in the heartbreak of life. And I don't know, honestly, that organic thought that came up in my mind also came up after many experiences on the red planet. So is that from this life? Is that from my memories on the red planet? I don't know.

But in this particular session, it just affirmed and kind of connected a couple dots of like, I've been having this thought of like life is really just about like protecting yourself against heartbreak, or at least from a vantage point of within me. And so it's like, do that in different ways, essentially, is what I'm being pushed to do. Do that with self-trust, do that with capabilities of my own, right? Okay.

Next one. And is there any way to control the way these things influence us as individuals? So the visual I get is is like these glasses being like fixed on your face. Yep, you just have to adjust these. And it's more a metaphor, but it's it's like,

Okay, so consciousness, your awareness, same thing. more what you're more aware of, you're more conscious of, but, man, this is like, I'm just barely getting it. But that human filter that we've talked about, they're saying your perspective is your filter and your perspective is where you meet everything you're aware of. So you're aware of everything around you.

Jina Seer (43:48.472)

but you can't possibly process consciously all that stimuli. So our brains, science has proven this, are always whittling down, kind of, what do I need to focus on? And what directs what do I need to focus on is your perspective. It's your human filter, it's your memories, it's your life experience, it's what you are hoping for, it's what you're working toward, it's what you're not working toward. All of these things make up your perspective.

So it's about choosing your perspective and knowing when your perspective is limiting you. And so it's not that you can't be around low vibe people. It's just you might have to work a little harder to stay in a higher frequency of emotion. That's not bad, especially if it seems worth it. That's amazing. That's like great for you. It's great for them. It's great for the collective.

because of that influence. I'm getting a little bit more. with perspective, if you can just know when you're kind of bumping into your own perspective, that's warping something to the negative. And I'm not talking about spiritual bypassing. I'm talking about, and I can't imagine I'm the only person who feels this way, but there's so much, I always thought this world was like evil, everybody's out for themselves.

And it's awful out there. And yeah, it can be, but it can also be wonderful. So it takes a wise mind to say, I'm going to choose to see the good, but I got my eyes open to all of it. I think what's important for me about understanding perspective on this level helps me understand influence, like what's influencing me.

I want, with so much of my life comprised of decisions being made when I was operating unknowingly, like within co-dependence, trauma bonding, yeah, just with kind of just goals that weren't mine, beliefs and values that weren't mine. I don't want, I don't want to make decisions that it's really not what I want, it's what someone else wants.

Jina Seer (46:18.018)

I just don't and I know that I have the choice. So I'm making that choice. I want to get clear on that. And that makes my life better. And when I genuinely see influence in my life and I genuinely see my perspective, why I would have that perspective and I see like, I could have a different perspective that would make my life feel so much better. Or if I had a different perspective, like

I'm not too dumb to figure out certain things. I could like take my time and learn those things and invest a certain amount of energy into it and accomplish those goals. I have to know that there's other perspectives available for me to know that I'm like in a perspective oftentimes.

And in this kind of like back and forth and this mindfulness game of trying to understand that, I see how much I'm influenced. And because I'm on this journey, I can look at my past and see how much I'm influenced period and how what was influencing me and the result of that and now how choosing what influences me, choosing how I move forward based on the beliefs or perspectives that I'm holding, looking at those beliefs or perspectives, maybe

sure that is how I want to move forward.

All of that creates a better life. All of that creates a life for me that makes me want to naturally wake up at four or five in the morning because I'm like excited to get on with things and not in a stressful way. I mean, I do have stress, of course, but like overall that feeling of me getting up in the morning. I mean, I think back to the most misguided times of my life and I was no surprise, like so depressed. It was so hard for me.

Jina Seer (48:15.16)

to like get out of bed by 8 a.m. Which who I am and who I am naturally who I was as a kid that should have been such a red flag for me but I just thought it was my inability to cope and really it was just like this is not the life you want at all so go find it. So of course that's good that's good for me but hey it's good for everybody because guess what

When I see all of that back and forth, other options, what is influencing me, I see that was influencing me, I can see it now, I couldn't see it then, now I'm operating differently, if I know that applies to me, then that applies to everybody. It's human nature. And so I don't have to take someone's behavior or their belief system and hold it against them in this moment. Promote.

separation in this moment. If we're having a fine moment, I can just not be angry with them. You could be angry with them. You've got right to be angry with certain people. But like, why do you want to carry that? It doesn't bother them. I mean, use that anger to do something else, make some changes, whatever. But like, you're just going to be mad at everyone who's in that category for the rest of your life.

Okay, like why? Like you have a choice. You'd probably be more effective if you didn't feel so pissed off and brought down all the time. So I'm on that path with myself. So if anytime I notice things about myself, the more I love myself, the more I see the divinity in myself, the creation, the influence, the programming, how much I thought I had control over, how much I really had control over, it's easy for me to look at other people and be like, of course they think that way.

Of course they believe those things. So did their parents. So does the neighborhood they live in.

Jina Seer (50:16.458)

So does this other group that they're a part of. We can easily see. Most people don't gravitate too far from who their parents are or what their parents believe. It's actually a smaller percentage of people than not. And so we see a lot of people are just in that influence. And I'm not saying it's bad. And I'm not saying you have to separate from your parents. I'm sure they're great. But what I'm saying is, is...

We often live in a state of so much more influence than we think. And unless you have been shown otherwise, that's just the truth. And I'm not going to be mad at that. That's human nature. It's a fact. I'm not mad at a fact.

Yes, I don't if a hurricane or a wildfire or an earthquake or a tornado came through. I don't want that to happen. I would prefer it not happen. It doesn't matter if my stuff gets destroyed or not. I don't want that to happen. Period. I don't want to happen to the anyone. But if it did happen, I'm not a year later, like angry at the tornado. That's just life on Earth.

Tornadoes happen. It's weather related.

not a personal offense to you or to me. So that's the expansion of awareness. It's this understanding of like, if I'm that influence, so are other people. I don't have to be like angry with them. And then when you take into account everything we know about the algorithm and how much people consider seeing it with their own eyes, seeing it on social media, it's like, that's fine, but you know,

Jina Seer (52:05.058)

that the information you're taking in is just an echo chamber of everything else you've already taken in. They want you on that app. So they're gonna be like, does this person like to watch? What keeps them here? Not what do they like to watch, but like what keeps them here? And that's what you get served up. And so there's plenty of stuff that you don't know what's going on in the world if that's...

your idea of real life. You know what I'm saying? Like not you personally, I'm using the word you, but a lot of people think that. And I'm not saying you should get on or off social media or take in any sort of source. What I'm saying is be mindful of the influences in your life. There's more than you think.

And when we can see that in our own life and kind of almost even be humbled by it, we have a little bit more grace and compassion for other people. And I'm not saying not holding people accountable. I'm absolutely never saying that. If you know me personally, I'm a fucking boundaries bitch at this point. So I'm not saying don't hold people accountable. I'm not saying don't fight the fight. I'm saying don't harbor this anger. We can do the fight. We can.

you know, do the work that we want to do in this world without carrying such negative emotions because we don't do that without a toll. And it's pretty unlikely that the things that are taking a toll on you don't influence the people that you love, the people you spend time with, the things you're creating, you know, the things that you're doing, the way that you're trying to be.

So knowing this influence, it helps us and it helps us be more loving and kind to our fellow human, which is always a good thing in my opinion. Okay.

Jina Seer (53:59.454)

Next one. And if you choose to assume the good or something that could be that you really want, but you're nervous that it won't work out. If it doesn't work out, if you have an expanded awareness, you will be able to learn from it. You'll learn from it from yourself. You'll be able to deal with the heartbreak and you'll have the community of people who will help hold the flame of who you are and how loved you actually are, even when your heart gets broke.

That's what that community does and that's what they're telling me that on earth. An example of our consciousness being expanded is when you hear people talk, I want more community, I want more community. That's a part of expanding your consciousness because you're willing to deal with other people's bullshit for whatever it is that we get from these people in community. Which is like someone to help, someone to receive help from, someone to just...

do life besides someone to touch in on a project with and share a laugh or whatever. It's a way to even be around people who are so different than you if, if, you know, at the heart of the community is like an activity that draws different people. So it's, it's about your perspective and your perspective is where you meet it and you choose your perspective. And inevitably when some shit doesn't work out, you know, you can trust yourself, you know, you'll learn from it and you do.

and you integrate it and your community is there loving you through it, reminding you that you're a good person and you'll get through this when you don't think so. And that's, and it's not that everyone in your community needs to be that for you. It's just that as a part of your community, that would be some of it. And so we're learning how to manage that on our own. And that's kind of like us stepping toward enhancing the collect.

collective. So not just in these individual communities that we're being drawn toward, but we naturally, it's almost like you go drink from that well of say a spiritual community like kinship. Everything we talked about, everything we learned on those journeys and shared with each other, I was changed by your stories. And that changed the way I showed up and other people learned and benefited from that. And I know that you all are the same.

Jina Seer (56:13.42)

And so even it's not bad to have kind of an echo chamber, people all the same in certain communities. It's like good to have those different pockets, but it's also knowing that that is an expansion. Yeah. Just to even think community. The idea of community is to me, I, it's something that I think.

humans naturally are drawn to that. Most people don't want to be alone. Most people, everyone's kind of got their thing and how they are in life, whether they like a lot of solitude or not. But most people feel better in community. Most people feel better in that. And I think what's so cool about this work of getting to know yourself is that the more you understand yourself, your unique kind of like

quirky interests and gifts and tastes, the more you, if you had the time, hopefully you have some time to engage in those things that like give you joy or if it's like a quirky gift that you like to share or a way of being or whatever. If you're making art, like being able to create that is a source of joy. It's a release, it's a stress relief for humans. And so,

when we can know ourself on a deeper level, we can kind of understand these deeper desires that are satisfying on a deeper level than say snacking in the pantry at night. And in that we can learn new things and like practice new things or try a new activity or try creating something new. And when we do that and we search outside of ourself for

education or ways to do it or ways to learn it, there's so many opportunities to be in community with people over that one thing. And what I think is so cool in this world is that if you connect with people over a hobby or something not related to like money or politics, if you're connecting over something like art or creativity or maybe it's like moving your body in a certain way,

Jina Seer (58:35.916)

we effortlessly and automatically encounter people who are different than us. But we have this one thing in common that we love and we love to do or we love to learn about or we love to make. And in that, we can see the beauty in people. think I love it when people are passionate about something. And I honestly think it is, most people are not. Most people don't have a passion.

Most people think it's kind of a lot of people think it's like frivolous to even talk about it in a world like this. I think it's never been more important. And if you can figure that out and give yourself the space and the time to create and to be in communities who are doing the same thing, we meet people who are different than us, politically different, different in age, different in class, different in all kinds of ways. And

That is so good for us. It's so good for us to be around people who are different than us, different lifestyles, different cultures. And if we can do that in a way where we're not like making someone else do emotional labor, like teach me about you. And instead we're like coming together over a shared gift or hobby or source of creativity or whatever. We just naturally get to know each other, like on a personal level.

And we need that so much in this world right now. We're so obsessed with our screens and everything being shown to us on the algorithm. We forget that there's like real life to be lived and it's important that we do it. Yes, fight the good fight. Keep doing it. Stay aware and devote most of your life to

having grace, compassion, creativity, and joy in your life. And then once you get that, immediately start promoting it in other people's lives. And it's so important to have that community. And what I think is really cool about when we have community that includes people who are different than us and in a world. If I let my algorithm talk to me, people who like are my enemy or something like that.

Jina Seer (01:00:53.75)

When we're in community with people who are different than us at a time when we're being told we should understand why we should hate and separate away from people, I think it's a really powerful move to hold our values, continue our fight, and have genuine love and appreciation for people in our hearts who are different than us. And I think that when we find what we truly love and desire in this world and we go after it,

and it's in the highest and best and it's like in your divine creators image whatever that might be for you or energy whatever that is for you. That's how we start spreading even more of that energy. It's not about all or nothing. It's not about one or the other. shouldn't be in the fight spreading hate. That's a problem. You shouldn't be in the fight.

you're promoting that fight if you're promoting divisiveness and separation from other people. And I'm not talking about like people versus power. I'm talking about citizens versus citizens, people versus people.

I just don't have time for it. It's harmful and it's hard to be around. And I think that when we truly get to know ourselves and give our space the time and give ourselves the space and the time to be in our purpose and in our creativity, we just have more joy and love, not only for our own life and cherishing our own life and our autonomy in our own life, but also other people's lives. If you truly get it, like on a divine...

frequency level. You're not believing in that and causing destruction. So I think it's so important. Community is so important for so many reasons. Okay, next clip. And are there any last messages? Well, speaking of being myself, I was just sharing some apprehensions I had of like, is this boring? Is this boring for people to listen to?

Jina Seer (01:03:02.366)

And he laughed and was like, it's everything. To some people, it's so boring and repulsive. And to some people, it gives them life. to you, Gina, it's fun. And you're learning in becoming more of who you came here to be through it. And so what else matters? Yep. Okay. I'll put that on repeat. I'll splice that out, put it on repeat, play it in my ears every day.

Amazing and six months later. I will add to that and say gives a fuck what other people think It's a red flag Gina when you're going Do people think X now Conventional business advice would be like well you should pay attention because you have a podcast But I have had a podcast for seven years almost and

It thrives when I'm thriving. It thrives when I'm sharing things that I'm just like, I want to share, but also it's like a stretch for me to share. It feels like a little scary. And so.

I always have critics. I have a critic that lives in my own fucking brain. And so am I, am I, that's fine that they're there, but like, is that who I'm really creating for? And should they even be in the room when I am creating for a completely different group? No. I mean, they should not be in the room. So.

that little part even I see there and it's constant now after these sessions as I record new sessions and edit those episodes. I'm like, I see, I see the limiting perception that I have all the time. And so that is just, you know, a metaphor for my life right now, I feel like. And that is a prayer that I say every once in a where it's like, I want to see this differently.

Jina Seer (01:05:11.48)

Show me. I'm open. But then I have to look. And I have to do things that I don't want to do or things that I've always been like, I'm not doing that because of this good reason. And now it's like, shit, that was a good reason. But also a big reason why I didn't do it was because I was afraid or I felt like I couldn't. And now I'm just like, you got to do it. I'm just at a point where it's like.

Those are the things left to do right now. And there'll be more things to do. But right now for where I'm going and what I want, it's just like kind of scary things. so old beliefs, old perceptions, old judgments, they are falling away.

So that is it for today. That's what it is. Those two sessions last summer in the summer of 2025, as I record this, it's January of 2026. But those two sessions really expanded my awareness about...

expanded awareness and what is possible and how to play in those spaces and enjoy those spaces and take the insights and wisdom from those spaces without needing to totally understand it and totally be comfortable with it. It's like I don't have to wait to like take the lessons from it. And it's kind of this interesting

journey with the red planet that I've been on and these two episodes really kind of like I Feel like we're the bridge where I was

Jina Seer (01:06:57.922)

where I'm going and I'll be sharing more of that. So in February, we'll be going even deeper. So on Seer Sessions podcasts, we're looking into like self love, love, that sort of thing, because it's February. Why not? We're all in the mood or at least we've been programmed to be in the mood. And so on Patreon, we are going to go deeper. I'm going to talk about just a little bit like where I'm at on that journey of self love, appreciating yourself, getting to know ourself. That's all easier. Like if we love ourselves.

I just, to me, it's a little like, ugh, you know, God, we're still working on that. But we live in a rough world, dude. There's all kinds of reasons to not do it. And there's all kinds of reasons to doubt ourself.

And I think that the more we reach for self-love, the more we see these perceptions, these influences in our life, these beliefs that we have that block us from it. Also the February 13th episode, the...
