We assume that the way we've always seen ourselves.

Is the way it'll always be. But what if that's not true? There are other ways of being available to you, other perspectives, other possibilities, other expressions of who you are. This episode's hypnotic journey uses the framework of experiencing another lifetime to help you relax step outside your current perspective, and your current identity, who you are today.

And experience yourself from a different perspective. That's safe. Notice what becomes possible when your fear is no longer the loudest voice in the room. Finding I think the greatest gift of a journey to another lifetime isn't learning about that other lifetime. It's discovering a new perspective on this lifetime.
