Did You Miss Your Path? Past Lives, Timelines & the Life You’re Actually Here to Live | Seer Sessions Podcast with Jina Seer

SEER SESSIONS #279

Have you ever met someone and felt like you knew them before? Or traveled to a place that felt strangely familiar, even though this lifetime gives you no reason for it?

In this Seer Sessions episode, Jina opens the July theme of other lifetimes, missed paths, parallel lives, and timelines. This conversation explores why certain people, places, decisions, and “what if” questions can linger in the mind, and how hypnotic journeys can help you move beyond regret, self-doubt, and the fear that you somehow chose wrong.

Rather than treating past lives as something you need to prove, this episode invites you to explore them as a doorway into self-trust, perspective, clarity, and integration. Whether you believe in past lives, future lives, parallel lives, soul memory, symbolic imagery, or the wisdom of the subconscious mind, these experiences can reveal something useful about the life you are living now.

Jina also shares how the July hypnotic journey arc will unfold: a bedtime journey for releasing regret and trusting your path, a journey to another lifetime, and a higher self journey for integration.

Listen if you’ve been wondering whether you missed your path, why something feels familiar, or how to stop living from regret and start trusting the life you’re actually here to live.

Have you ever had one of those situations where you travel to a new place or you meet someone for the first time and you feel this unexplainable familiarity with them or that place? Something that does not make sense based on the life you've lived up until this point. Well, we're gonna be exploring that and more this month on Seer Sessions. Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. This month on Seer Sessions.

We are going deeper into the idea of exploring other lifetimes. Like, what are we really doing? How can we use it to impact our life today? How can we go get this information? How is hypnosis related to this whole process? We're gonna go into all of that. I also have three hypnotic journeys for this month under this theme in the month of July. We always have that bedtime hypnotic journey. We always have a journey to another lifetime.

We always have a journey to your higher self where you can ask even more questions about this topic. So I'll get into the nitty-gritty on how to use those because especially if you are someone where you're like, I know, I know you from somewhere, but it doesn't feel like this lifetime. If you've ever had that experience, you're gonna wanna hang out because I got a hypnotic journey for you. But then also those experiences where we look back on our past and maybe you made a big decision.

Maybe it was like a career you took or didn't take or a move or a relationship or something like that. But oftentimes we can look back on our life and see this big event or decision or turning point. And sometimes we can wonder, like, what would have happened if I would have chosen that other path that was available to me at that time? And those ideas and those questionings can kind of hold us back in a way.

Cause what it indicates is this deeper level of distrust, like, did I make the right decision? And that kind of like, I don't know, did I make the right decision? Is just like this little hiccup. And we do that often enough and we start to shake our confidence. So you're gonna be able to, whether it's like you're wondering about a different timeline or decision that you didn't choose, or you're wondering what familiarity is within you about another person or place.

Jina Seer (02:20.662)

I have hypnotic journeys designed just for that. Because these little hits, these little rhetorical questions that are just littered all over our mind, if we can pause and actually really stop asking what if rhetorically, and we actually ask what if and we move ourself through the exercise of what if? What if that would have happened?

What if I know this person from another lifetime? What if I had other lifetimes in Paris, in Egypt, or whatever? I think the magic is not choosing the right thing or laying down some kind of conviction if you made the wrong decision in the past. And I think when we can actually pause and lean into these things, there are opportunities to learn more about ourselves. And ultimately, what's happened with me on a journey like that and what's happened to

more clients than I can count, is when we actually lean in and explore these little intuitive hits and intuitive knowings, we just simply start to learn more about ourselves. And so instead of just having this question of what if, or I wonder if, we can actually go in and learn from it. And I'm less concerned with is this your past life yours?

Is this my past life? Is this a future life? Is this real or not? Those questions don't aren't something that I'm concerned with anymore. I'm more so like, how can we have these cool experiences that are really expansive, expanding to our awareness? It heightens our consciousness, you could say. It allows us to feel these overwhelming feelings of like joy and unconditional love.

And when we can do that and feel that within ourselves while learning about different facets of our life. Or if you believe it is your past life, different facets of your own soul's history, no matter what you believe, we can take that information and actually bring it into this life so we can learn and grow in a way that makes us feel good.

Jina Seer (04:33.686)

I'm certainly not alone in this. I have people obviously on the same boat listening to this podcast, but I think more and more people are just gonna be waking up to this. But a lot of us just are looking for more. It's just this feeling of there has to be more. This can't be it. This cannot be why I was put here to just like wake up, go to work I don't at a job I don't like, come home, do work for a family or a living situation that doesn't thrill me.

Go to bed, wake up. It's no surprise to me that this the vibe of this whole planet is just kind of low, right? So we have to be the ones to be like, yes, there are things in my life that shouldn't be there that are making it more difficult for me. Yes, there's a fight to be had, but in my daily life, these are the things that I can control. And I'm gonna control them so I can feel better.

So I don't feel like what is all this struggle for anyway? Like that depressed and anxious feeling. I want to feel like I have purpose. I want to feel like there's lightness to it. I want to feel like if something doesn't make sense, I have an avenue to go make sense of it. And I think as this world gets crazier and crazier, and as more and more, it seems like honestly, it seems like information comes out every single day. That's just like.

Hey, that thing that everybody judged you for, or hey, that thing that you were pressured to do for 30 years because it was good for you or whatever. Yeah, that's not really true anymore. I mean, it's like every day we are being told what we told you is not true, what you believed is not true. And that's just gonna keep happening. I think that's the route that we're on. And as more and more people become disillusioned with the world that they thought was around them.

It makes so much sense that we want to go inside and understand our own self. Do I have other lifetimes? What does that mean? Can I go back and relive a decision and see what where it would have taken me and use that actually in a way to make me happy about my life today? Like these are ways that we can use this energy around us and use it in a way that truly serves us. It is not hurting anybody.

Jina Seer (06:56.438)

And actually, it's serving us in a way so we can be filled up. We can understand who we are. We can understand what our unique gifts are. So we can start to show up and share them. And when we show up and share them and we're terrified to do it, or I decided I don't want to do it, or this is a lot scarier than I thought it would be. You can come to hypnosis and you can understand, like these are things I truly want in this fear.

Is actually here for me. It's like weightlifting. Like I just have to be able to get over this fear, release this fear, or gain enough strength and wisdom within me so I can move forward with this fear as I go forward in my life. And when we explore other lifetimes, to me, that is such a quick way to be able to get such a clear glimpse of another lifetime and just that.

Knowing just that experience lends itself to all kinds of clarity about all kinds of questions and doubts that we have in our life today. And I think the way we are set up, we have the inclination to be like, it's not that big of a deal, or it's easy to kind of brush under the rug or not think about it. But that constant like wondering or constantly choosing one thing and then doubting it.

Believing one thing and then being told actually that's not true. You shouldn't have believed that. All of that leads to this low-level exhaustion, this constant going back and forth because we're doubting ourselves, we're doubting our decisions, we're doubting the sources of our information. It can be so exhausting because with all of that doubt, we have parts of our mind, parts of ourselves that are trying to figure it out.

And so if you have a mind that's loud, this is a good indicator that you're probably got a lot of things inside of you, maybe a lot of rhetorical questions that you've been asking, like what if, or who am I, or why does that thing feel so familiar, or whatever your questions are. When we don't answer these questions, they are always just floating around within us and they can cause all kinds of exhaustion, decision f fatigue.

Jina Seer (09:13.09)

You can start to make the wrong decision because you don't trust yourself. So you're looking externally on what other people want, what other people want from us. They just want to take and take and take. I don't mean to be cynical or jaded, but most people have no idea how much they are taking from you. And they either don't care or they can't tell. And so you're suffering. The one who needs to pay attention to it is you, is me.

That's the only one who can do it for me. So when I have all of these kind of like rhetorical questions or regrets, or I have a lot of grief or resentment about something in the past, I notice these things and I take them to hypnosis. And so many of my clients have too, because this lack of self-trust can ultimately lead to this feeling of like, am I even on the right path? Am I even living this life correctly?

Which is a this throwaway question that so many people have in their mind, but they never actually bring it to their front of their mind and be like, Yeah, what is the life that I want to live? And I'm gonna take that going forward. What I see over and over in client sessions is the power of the deathbed scene. Because the deathbed scene, the client, the final scene, most of them are in a bed, but if they're not.

In a bed, whatever the death scene is, once we get that soul to move out of that earth suit, that body, and into a space where we can reflect on that life, with all the wisdom in that final memory, what I call the deathbed scene, even though it doesn't always happen in a bed, in that memory, we have the entirety of a lifetime of lessons that are brought to our consciousness. Now you can think of it as like,

It's in your soul, it's in your subconscious mind, and so you're just bringing it up. You can think of it as like your conscious awareness is traveling through the ethers and pulling a lifetime from the collective and bringing it to you for the purpose of this lesson. But however you think of it, we can actually take that and get the entirety of a lifetime and the lessons in it.

Jina Seer (11:32.33)

And in that, we can start to see like, I'm not gonna drop the ball like that in this lifetime. And so it's this kind of like this cheat code to make you really, really believe the things that you say you value, make you really, really live like in alignment with those values. Because in this world, individuating learning who you are so you can you know, love yourself, have compassion on yourself.

Foster your gifts, share your gifts with other people, when you can do that from a space of wholeness, a space of unconditional love, that's going to overflow into everyone that you talk to, everyone that you interact with, everyone that you think about. So these gifts are not just for you, but they're for everyone else.

But kind of the paradox, I guess, in this realm of relativity is that you're the one who has to fight for that. You're the one that has to say, this is important to me. And so I'm gonna go within and see who I am. I'm gonna explore different facets of my soul and my knowing and my intuition and my existence here on this planet in this Earth suit. And we all know intuitively.

Most people are looking for their purpose. Most people want to feel passionate about the work that they do every day because they know that that is the sweet spot. Like we know what it's like when something lights us up and it's like, I would do this all day. Every day, you don't even have to pay me. I wish I could do this and make money off of it, you know? That is part of our gifts. We all have something like that within us. And we have to start.

With this journey inward to figure out what is that truly. Some people wake up with this clear knowing of it and they just hang on to it their whole life. They even kind of intuitively know this is mine. I don't want to give it up. This is super important to me. And a lot of us come through life for many, many decades and we're like, I know people are experiencing some cool things. I people seem to enjoy this life. I am not. This is like peer suffering. Like, why are we here?

Jina Seer (13:49.986)

I'll take the first ticket out of here, I guess. Like, how long is that until that train comes? And we can intuitively feel when we can get to the heart of like who we are, our soul essence, and really work in that space of sharing our gifts, what it is that we uniquely excel at, what it is that that divine human spark within you that's animating your earth suit, like, who is that? What are the qualities of that?

Of the personality within that energy. So we can explore all of that through different lifetimes, through accessing our own inner wisdom, our clear center, our higher self, for just feeling more clarity, more lightness, more creativity, more passion, more joy, more love in this lifetime. And who does not want that? As shit gets weirder and AI becomes a plenty, and we're wondering even more every day: should I believe this?

Should I not believe this? The people who are going to thrive during this time are not the people who are focusing on the fear and the drudgery and the injustices all day, every day. Those things are a part of life to deny them as wrong, but to put them on your back and carry them and think about them all day, every day, nobody deserves that.

The people who are going to be thriving as this world continues to get a little bit wilder are the people who know themselves, the people who can discern, the people who can adapt, the people who can know this is how I operate in this situation, this is what I want from my life or for my family or for my work or whatever it is that you're building. And these are the ways I'm moving forward. These are the things I don't compromise on. These are the values that I hold as I move forward.

The people who are so clear and connected to their own inner wisdom are the people who are gonna thrive as the times get wilder and wilder. Because the more we rely on the external to make us happy or to guide us, the more confused we're going to be. All right, let's get into some terms that people use. So when we're talking about other lifetimes, people often talk about past lives, future lives, parallel lives.

Jina Seer (16:10.178)

But they also talk about like timelines, miss timelines, jumping timelines. I've been hearing a lot of Instagram, girl, boss, coach, people talking about how it's so exhausting to jump a timeline. And I'm like, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? What does that mean? Okay.

So I love a grounded explanation. When I use the word timeline, alternate timelines, choosing a different timeline, it is way more subtle and insignificant than probably what your average girl boss on Instagram is talking about. So can jumping timelines be exhausting? Sure, but just like any decision in your life can result in exhaustion.

So when we think about a timeline, let's first go back in the past. So a timeline that I missed or didn't take, or a different timeline to explore, would be like if I had a huge decision, maybe it was a move, maybe it was a career opportunity that I took or didn't take, a relationship that I, you know, leaned into or did not. Sometimes we have these things in our past and they just kind of weigh on us, like maybe I should have.

made that decision differently, especially when we get into our life and we start to feel, you know, whatever that normal feeling is in your late 20s, kind of in your 30s, where it's like, I'm checking things off the list, I'm doing life like they told me I should as an adult, but it doesn't feel great. In those times we can often look back at these different decisions that we made or big old life-altering moves that we made.

And wonder, like, what if I would have done the other thing? Now that's something you could go into hypnosis about. You could literally go into hypnosis to explore a different decision. And that would be one thing that you could do. But I personally love to bring that information into this life. I'm not, I don't have a ton of time. I love to explore in the ethers and in the unseen realms around us. But when I'm exploring things personally,

Jina Seer (18:28.064)

I like to do it in a way where it directly positively benefits my life today. So if I were to go and explore a different lifetime, like a missed connection or opportunity in the past, for example, I would bring my awareness to it and just let it play out and allow it to play out with the intention. I'm looking at it through the lens.

Of how can it make me more grateful for where I'm at today? Because here's the thing, you're not going back. So why do it in a way that's gonna make you feel more regret or worry or wonder? So I would explore it with the intention of, I wanna, you know, even if you sit down in meditation and do it, explore it with the intention of, I wanna explore this other decision that I did not make.

So I can feel grateful for the decision I did make, grateful for my life today, happy where I'm at today. So that's how I would take it there. If you're talking about jumping timelines in this present moment or in the future, I think of it like an emotional state. So I have read a lot from David Hawkins and his, you know, map of consciousness levels. And I understand that some people find that stuff controversial, even though I don't.

fully grasp why it's such a controversy, but whatever. take it lightly. If it makes you angry, set it down. but in this idea of levels of consciousness, he takes into consideration the energy of someone, the mood, the emotion, kind of that default emotional state that someone has. And ask any human, do you want to be angry or joyful? Most people are going to choose joyful, right? Most people are going to choose peace, love, joy, gratitude.

I wanna be in my passion. I wanna feel like I have purpose. I want to feel like I'm helping people. Most people don't want to feel angry, resentment, regret, grief, you know, like we can feel that intuitively. And so my assumption is, and the way I think of it, even though I don't personally use the word timeline, is that at any moment I can upgrade my timeline, which means I can upgrade the direction of my life.

Jina Seer (20:49.484)

So I used to be someone I carried subconscious beliefs. So these are things I was not aware of. For example, that I was not worth shit. I'm dumb. I have no talent. I cannot be trusted. Those were the values that I picked up about me growing up. Did they mean to do that? Probably not, but that's where we're at today. That's what I'm dealing with. So if I continue to move through my life with the subconscious belief that I ain't shit.

I don't deserve anything, I am no good, then I will consistently look like I'm sabotaging business opportunities, growth opportunities, friendship opportunities, love opportunities. Because in my mind, I wasn't trusting the people offering me good things. Because if I'm not shit and I am not worthy and I am not smart and I am not to be trusted, because I will fuck it up, because I fuck everything up.

Then anyone who sees differently in me, and I it feels like they're living in a different reality. And I'm like, no, that's not true. But the moment I started chipping away at that and really seeing, because they're blind spots. I don't make decisions moving forward being like, you're not shit. Like I don't, I've been on this path long enough. I started that journey 20 years ago. And so you could say, back then I jumped a timeline.

Because I went from being very negative about the world in general, to the world in general, and about and to myself. And life felt gross. It was hard to get up in the morning. I was drinking way more alcohol than is good for me, just to kind of like take the edge off. It was just not a life that felt good. And so every decision I make, I think of it, every decision I make that I know and clearly I can see.

This is a decision that is made from the part of me that sees my value, that sees my creativity, that sees my gifts, that sees how strong and smart I am. Every time I make a decision from that place, I'm taking a different timeline than when I default to my, you know, what was programmed in me before age seven, kind of the auto stuff. And unfortunately.

Jina Seer (23:15.65)

We have to go through a lot of life living in the wrong way. That's how we kind of wake up. Like the pain kind of wakes us up. And then we look back and go, I don't want to live like that anymore. And the moment we decide we don't want to live like that is a timeline hop, right? You're taking a different direction. You are making a decision in the vibration, the frequency.

Of a different emotion than something that was lower before grief, resentment, depression, anxiety, worry, all of that stuff. So even though I don't use the word timeline, I really think of it as when I move forward. I try to be as aware as I can of the subconscious blind spots within me to not trust myself, to not believe in myself. And I have to be really sure. Like when an opportunity is placed in front of me, why am I denying it?

Like really. And oftentimes I used to deny it because subconsciously I was afraid of all the work I would have to be to be that person who would have to operate in that opportunity. And instead I would be like, that's not the fit for me or whatever. And sometimes it legitimately was not the fit for me. And sometimes it was like, Well, I could have made it the fit for me, but I was really leaning into my fear that like, hmm, that's not really for me. And

I can't negotiate anything else. And that's how I think of timelines. Do I think it's exhausting to hop timelines? I'm sure it is based on, you know, these people seem some of these girl bosses really seem exhausted when they are hopping timelines. But I think of it as more so like it's exhausting when you don't know that you can make a change. It's exhausting when you're constantly being like, Well, I would be happy, but all of this external shit is making me unhappy.

That is exhausting. That is a different state from which you're making decisions. And this is not what this episode is about, but I often think of emotions as an altered state of consciousness. So how I used to think of consciousness was like, I'm sober, I've had a few drinks, I'm buzzed, I'm sleeping and I'm dreaming. I've had a toque and I'm a little high. Like

Jina Seer (25:39.36)

I used to think of those as altered states of consciousness, and they very much are, but being even more attuned to the nuance of it, emotions are an altered state of consciousness. So every decision you make in an emotional state will lead you down a different path. And I think the way I think of timelines is just not as like fancy and Instagrammable, and it's way more subtle, and it's way more like.

Hey, you got a chance to make a better decision, every decision that you make. Like I know it's unglamorous, I know people don't want to think about it like that, but it's true. And the beauty in that too is that your whole life does not hinge on one decision. Even if you look back on your past and you see something you really messed up, your whole life is not messed up because of that one decision. Life is not that fragile. And so if we can kind of take timelines out of the language.

Of the girl boss world in kind of this heightened aesthetic, and instead bring that idea of timelines and making a different decision and being in a different frequency of emotion when you're making certain decisions. That to me is the most beneficial way to look at timelines. Okay, so timelines. So now let's get into it. Other lifetimes, past lives, future lives, parallel lives.

Now, when I first started doing this work, when I first started being a client of this work, I really did think these are my past lives. That was just, I can't say I gave it a ton of thought. That was just like the modality. And so I just kind of went with it. But in the last eight years, leading thousands of hypnotic journeys, groups, individuals, being the client myself, I just don't think.

My problem with the term past life or future life or parallel life, I just kind of think they're a little inaccurate when you're talking about the divinity, the soul essence within me. That consciousness, that spark, the essence that's animating this Earth suit. When I die, that's the thing that leaves. And I just don't think it stays on this planet. And we experience time on this planet because of the gravity on this planet.

Jina Seer (28:03.234)

Because of how far away from the sun we are on this planet. So this is the only place that experiences time like this. So is it inappropriate to use the term past life? No, not at all. But because of everything I've been through and everything I've experienced, I tend to use the term other lifetime, another lifetime, because I don't think that it's more likely that you'll experience a lifetime from the 1700s.

Than you will from the 2400s. It's just that in your mind and in my mind, we've been programmed and slight messages reinforced probably every day that the future is in the future and the past is in the past, and we can access the past through memory, but the future is up for grabs. And yes, kind of. You know, like my future is up for grabs because I can change my mind tomorrow.

And my future is up for grabs and not sentencement, because I've got people in my orbit in my world who they have their own free will and they can make a choice that affects me and affects my ability to, you know, get to some view future version of myself. And still, when we are in the trance state, when we are in that space of complete focus, our attention is on the subtleties.

And we have the intention to move to an experience that will help us grow and learn in this lifetime. Everyone goes to a past life because that's what we believe is possible. But I have had a few people, and the internet is littered with stories, of people who have gone to the future and have had an experience there. And I think, again, it's just what we think is possible. And

Is my lifetime in 200 years ago does that mean that now today I'm more evolved than who I was 200 years ago? That's not necessarily the case either. So what is time? I'm just not so sure that it is laid out so clearly. I am kind of of the belief that it's all happening at once. Now I'm not gonna get

Jina Seer (30:21.418)

Into that totally. I'm more so gonna focus on like how you can think of it to get the most out of it. But if you want to know kind of where I'm at personally, as I go deeper into like what I believe, I do that in the July 1st episode of my membership. So my membership gets two additional episodes every month, and you can listen to that, you can ask me questions. We're gonna do group online journey on July 18th. All of that stuff is in the show notes, but for

This episode, this purpose today, whether you're thinking of past lives, parallel lives, future lives as something that is legitimately time related or not, you can use them in the same way. I've never been a hypnotist that takes someone to a past life and we're focused on the history of it and the validity of it and things that we can pull from this lifetime that we can look up and validate later.

The intention for my hypnotic journeys is for you to take these questions that feel life-altering, these burdens that feel like they're holding you back, these points of view, these beliefs, these subconscious rules that you know are keeping you stifled, keeping you from living the most passionate, purposeful version of the life you came here to create. And I think that's the real beauty of it. And

If we can kind of release and just be in the unknown of what exactly we are doing, whether this is your life or not, we can be in that space, be open to that experience, and still get a ton of wisdom from that experience for our life today without needing to be super sure about what that is. Now, a lot of times, probably because this is my history, I get a lot of clients who

Maybe they don't identify as Christian now, or maybe they do, but you know, whatever that practice is for them. But they are drawn to this work of exploring other lifetimes, but have been raised in the dogma of the church that says basically anything the Catholic Church or Christianity doesn't understand. They're just like demon. and I unfortunately I don't think the world is black and white like that. so

Jina Seer (32:40.724)

If you want to go to another lifetime to learn, grow, evolve, have more compassion and love for yourself, more gratitude for the life you're living today, I can't imagine what God would be upset with that. That seems completely ridiculous to me. And I get it. I was once a scared little Catholic girl too, filled with all of these notions.

But it was actually one of the reasons why I believed so strongly in other lifetimes because growing up in the Catholic Church, in a Catholic community, in a big Catholic family, both sides, my parents, I never believed it. I never identified with it. It the ritual of Christi of Catholicism is appealing to me, but the ritual of Catholicism was I didn't like any of it. None of it sat well with me. And

When I would hear about other lifetimes and how the soul evolves, that stuff resonated with me on a level that I would imagine the people I grew up with, Christianity resonated with them. it just helps my life make sense in the past, in the present, in the future. And it helps me feel like I have more control over it. when we're dealing with the subconscious mind, that's the thing, is people will think like,

I don't have a confidence issue. And it's like, well, that's not really for your hot take in the present moment. The most accurate answer to that would be you looking back on your life, all the decisions you made, all the shit you put up with, all the things you avoided. And from there, is that the lifestyle? Are those the decisions of someone who has confidence, belief in themselves, trust themselves, right? Like,

Sometimes when I tell someone who's not in this space of kind of like expanding your awareness and spirituality and other lifetimes, when I tell them like, yeah, I've, you know, it's hard for me to see right away, default see my gifts, right? I right away think someone's gonna be angry with me or I fucked something up. And people will say, you don't have to feel that way. And it's like, well, I don't really feel that way most of the time.

Jina Seer (34:58.21)

But when I look back on my life, I can see like missed opportunities and self-sabotage, things that I can actually see from the outside that indicate there's something going on within me when I'm making these decisions. And that's kind of the scariness of the subconscious mind, I think. But when we have the ability to experience the lifetime of someone else from the vantage point of someone else, it's that old adage of like walk a mile in someone else's shoes.

Except now you're having a full body experience into their perception, into their emotions, into how they feel about their life. And that is it can blow your mind because we go into this life, we come into this life, we get amnesia about who we are and where we come from and why we're here. And then we go through with this narrow vision of our only our experience. And we've got this.

Feeling that there's more out there and even more out there for us in terms of the life that we want to live. But it can feel very confusing and not a lot of confidence when we don't have that lived experience. So when we can go experience another lifetime via hypnosis, it's a feeling that we cannot get out of our body.

And oftentimes I would have people come in when I first started doing this work and they'd be like, Yeah, I want to do a reading with you. And it's like, uh-uh, this ain't a reading. It's not that easy. And you're gonna get way more out of this than a reading. Because if I tell you you were some warrior princess back in the day, you might be like, that's cool. But if I guide you into a hypnotic journey where you experience a lifetime where you were that woman.

That's a feeling you will never forget. That is a warrior mentality you bring into this lifetime now. It's just like if I tell you running a marathon is hard, you'd be like, Yeah, I know, I've heard that before. I can imagine running a marathon is hard. But if you set out to do a marathon and you felt just that heaviness that used to come over me at mile 13 when I'd be just crushed, like.

Jina Seer (37:12.614)

my legs hurt already. I'm already sick of running and I'm only halfway. And then at mile 19, where you just feel like I cannot go on. This feels so difficult. How am I going to do this? Everything in me wants to get up. And then you get to mile 22 and 23. And for me, it was like the first few marathons I ran, I would get to mile 23 and I would be like, my God.

I only have three miles left. Three miles? That's 30 minutes. I'm almost done with this thing. And then I would get done and I would be boosted of confidence anytime I do a big endurance effort. It's boost of confidence. It's all of that stuff. That is way different experience than you just knowing running a marathon is hard. Versus you know what it is firsthand and you got your ass through it. That's a whole different level of confidence.

And that's what it is when we experience another lifetime. So is another lifetime me really traveling there? Is it me pulling a lifetime experience from the collective one that'll serve me today? Is it just metaphor from my brain? Is it just emotional processing from my brain? Is it just my imagination? Is it some form of consciousness beyond space and time? Is it a literal historic incarnation?

Sometimes I think it probably hits all of that. But again, the most important part is the firsthand experience into another lifetime, broadening the perspective of your own life today, expanding your awareness on how to live as yourself even more authentically, peacefully, joyfully, purposefully in your life.

Today. And with that, let's talk about the hypnotic journeys I have for you this month. So you can explore these ideas of other lifetimes, other timelines, missteps, regrets in the past. You can take all of that information, understand it in a new way so you feel even better moving forward in your life today. The first hypnotic journey this month is for the times when you feel like, did I miss my path? Did I make the wrong decision?

Jina Seer (39:29.452)

This hypnotic journey is designed for you to listen to as you're falling asleep at night. It's gonna help you release some pressure and really lean on that divinity, that benefic force that runs through the universe. The heart of this hypnotic track is really evoking that feeling within you. So, okay, so you know when you are thinking about your past and you're like,

you think it went wrong, like you messed it up, or a situation that could have happened, and you're like, I wish it would have happened. And then you live life and you carry that with you. This, I wish it would have been different. I wish it would have been different. And then eventually you come to a point in your life where you realize, my gosh, I'm so glad that that opportunity didn't work out, that one that I've been kind of thinking about. And we feel this deep feeling of relief. And it's kind of like that.

relief that comes from hindsight. They always say hindsight's 2020. And it's because you can kind of see how your life unfolds. So it's not just the difficult thing that you're focusing on, but we can kind of see like, there is a benefic force looking out for me. I like to look for that because I did not believe that for a long time. And I would rather live in a way where I do believe that there is, you know, this

Kind, loving energy of the universe that is looking out for me. And we can often see that in hindsight, things that we were disappointed about, things that we thought we missed. And just given some time, we can easily look back and feel relief, even though we felt total disappointment in that moment in the past. So if you have something like that within you, whether it's subtle or maybe it's always in the front of your mind, maybe it's decades ago, maybe it just happened last week.

If there's something in you that feels like, did I make the right or wrong decision? And you're kind of sweating it, this hypnotic journey is really designed for you to be in that space where you are feeling relief knowing that you made the right decision. And that with that relief and with that joy, you can move forward and just feel even more confidence in your life today. So it's really if you find yourself like,

Jina Seer (41:47.284)

Overthinking, regretting, or feeling resentment about like decisions you made in your past, or maybe romantic relationships that didn't work out, or career opportunities that you feel like you missed or you fucked up. All of those things we carry with us and they can just kind of be simmering in the background, making us feel worse, making us doubt ourselves even more. So turn on this hypnotic journey every night for 30 nights. I think you should do it for this whole month.

And just allow this feeling of relief, this feeling of knowing, knowing yourself, trusting the universe to really be exercised and cemented within your brain, your body, your nervous system. So that is episode 280. It's coming next week. Listen to it every night for 30 nights. The week after that, we have episode 281. That is a journey to another lifetime. And here it is, you guys. If you have thought

my God, this person feels so familiar to me. Why? Or why do I feel so at home in the south of France? Take that intention into this hypnotic journey. The hypnotic journey that is to another lifetime in the month of July is a pretty generic one. And I'm gonna tell you when I release it in that intro. I'll tell you specifically how to attach any intention statement to that journey, to another lifetime.

So you can have the experience, get the wisdom, the knowledge, the vantage point, and then bring that all back to you in this lifetime. So that is episode 281, a journey to another lifetime. The week after that, episode 282 is a journey to your higher self. I always end the month with a hypnotic journey to your higher self. I love the idea of starting the month with just

A really basic hypnotic journey that you can listen to every single night, set a really good foundation. And then we go explore another lifetime so you can understand, get a different perspective, really kind of alter your perspective on your own life through another lifetime. And then we go to your higher self. And that is for you to take any questions that you have about this topic, about the journeys you've had this month, and bring those.

Jina Seer (44:09.282)

To your higher self. It's such a well-rounded way to explore a topic. And that's what we're doing in episode 282. That's a journey to your higher self. It really brings people back from the exploration into integration. So, how can you take the questions that you have from these other experiences in the other hypnotic journeys and really integrate that knowledge into your life today?

And this one's a juicy one. We've explored other paths, other selves, other lifetimes, other possibilities. And now we bring some questions to your higher self. And what we're asking in this hypnotic journey, what you'll be able to get from your higher self is with all of that information, what can I know now about my path, about the wisdom I've gained, how to apply it to my path, the parts of me that are still looking to come alive.

What am I ready to stop grieving? What am I ready to embody so I can move forward? How can I live with more presence and trust? And then every month I always ask, What does your higher self have to say about your next step on this journey? And that's how we end the month, episode 282, a journey to your higher self. So move through this full arc with me. You're here in this conversation.

Next week, you'll listen to that sleep hypnotic journey for 30 days straight. The week after that, we'll explore another lifetime so you can understand what feels familiar to you and why. And then we close the month with a journey to your higher self for some integration. And then inside Patreon, my membership, we go even deeper into this topic. We have two additional episodes where we talk about that, share client sessions, I share my own sessions.

And then once a quarter we meet for an online hypnotic journey. So if you're listening to this before July 18th and you want to join me for a live hypnotic journey, I'll lead you through it in that moment. You can ask me questions, I'll help you prepare for it. That's on Saturday, July 18th. And again, all of those links are in the show notes. So this week, just notice. Like notice the things that pull you out of yourself. Notice the things that

Jina Seer (46:26.67)

Pull you into the past, into regret, into worry in the past. And then notice when the universe is like trying to pull you toward a greater version of yourself. And you don't have to do anything with that. All you have to do is just open yourself up, start to notice, and then things will begin to unfold. Because once you become aware of these things, what's going on within you, the influences within you and around you, we start to make.

Way better decisions for ourselves. If you got something out of this episode, if you like these hypnotic journeys, I would be so grateful to you if you sent it to a friend, if you left a review or a comment wherever you're listening. All of that stuff matters, especially to a very small time creator like myself. So those are some easy ways to support me if you'd like it. Either way, I appreciate that you're here. Appreciate that you're taking that inward look.

at yourself and at your life. And we will keep exploring together. And I'll see you next week. You can learn more about my work at Searsessions.com.
