Maybe you sense them like roots on a tree or colorful ribbons of energy.
maybe a waterfall or something else. However you imagine them today, know that they are reaching so far, so wide, and so deep. And know that with each exhale, you're releasing any energy that's weighing you down, holding you back, anything that's negative, heavy.
It's washed away down into the earth through this root system.

And Earth takes this energy from your roots and she uses it transmutes it to a higher frequency of love and healing for everyone and everything that calls Earth home.

So on your next inhale, imagine, sense, feel, know that you're beginning, know that you're bringing in that grounding, healing energy of Mother Earth.
This energy is running to you through this root system.

Know that there is a spark of light there.

Bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.
And just imagine this light getting so big, so bright that it begins to shine out all around you.

Have this light surround you with its love and protection. Only truth and love can enter this space. As you go deeper and deeper relaxed.

You are now totally protected, grounded to earth, and bathed in the healing light and wisdom from the highest source.
