Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions.

What if the reason you can't hear your intuition isn't because you're disconnected or you don't have it? But what if it's because your insides, your thoughts, your nervous system, it's just a little too loud? I know that can be the case for me.
And in this episode, I'm gonna let you know all about the theme on the Seer Sessions podcast this month.
and the hypnotic journeys within that theme. And I am coming to you from Badwater Basin in Death Valley National Park. If you're watching on video, some of this is B-roll from my trip. Some of this is me standing at sunrise in the basin recording from this. And during those clips, you'll hear some wind, you'll hear some people walking by, you'll hear voices in the background.
And just pretend like you're there with me, enjoying the pink hues that go across the sky as the sun is rising. And I'm talking to you about the hypnotic journeys on Seer Sessions this month. So with that, we're gonna get into that recording and I'll tell you all about the hypnotic journeys this month. And then at the end, I'm gonna just tell you a little bit about what I saw when I was there and tell you a little bit about this short trip that I took.
Now I'm conveniently located in southwest of the United States where I have access. I can just drive a few hours and see so much cool stuff. But let this be a reminder to you that our nervous systems crave nature. Even if it is the tree outside on your block, go touch it, go be with it. It will soothe your nervous system. So I'm gonna share a little bit of how I soothed my nervous system just last weekend in Death Valley.
Hello everyone, it's Gina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. I am in Badwater Basin. This month we're talking about something that changes everything. Your nervous system. Here's the thing, your nervous system can make the world feel loud. It can distract you in all kinds of ways. But your intuition doesn't shout. It's very subtle. So you need to be calm, quiet, centered on the inside in order to hear those subtle messages.
Jina Seer (02:20.526)
When our system is in overdrive, when we're in that fight or response, when we're super stressed, it makes total sense that we'd feel disconnected from our intuition. When your nervous system is activated, every single thing gets louder. Overthinking, replaying conversations, second guessing decisions, feeling regret after choosing, scanning for what might go wrong. The loudness you feel can really drown out any sort of subtle messages of your intuition.
So your nervous system has different states. When you feel safe and connected, you're in a regulated state. That's clarity, that's creativity, that's where intuition lives. And when you feel stressed or uncertain, you shift into a fight or flight. And that's where urgency, analyzing, problem solving, over planning, all of those things tend to kick in.
and dominate our thoughts. And then when you're feeling overwhelmed, you can drop into shutdown or freeze. And that's where confusion, numbness, and indecision all show up. So none of these are flaws, they're just states. And here's the important part. You cannot access steady intuition from that activated, triggered, nervous system state. Intuition requires enough.
on the inside to be able to perceive it. It's so subtle. So it feels like a grounded yes, it might feel like a steady no, it might feel like a quiet nudge, but it's not loud and it's not urgent. And this is actually why I love to use hypnosis to connect people to their intuition. And really it's the way we connect to our intuitions so we can do these journeys. And it's not because hypnosis is mystical, it's because it shifts your nervous system.
Hypnosis guides your body into regulation. It moves you into a deep, relaxed, but mentally present state, the exact state where intuition becomes accessible. So when your body softens, your perception sharpens. That's the work this month. Not thinking more, not striving more, not to connect more, but just regulating your body more.
Jina Seer (04:38.988)
regulating your system so you can access that calm and peace within you because it feels good and because then you can access your intuition, your inner knowing, and make more decisions in alignment. If you want to go deeper into the concept of intuition itself, this nervous system, I'm covering all that a little bit deeper on Patreon. I'm sharing some of my personal stories and revelations with the nervous system in the last year and how mine connects to my intuitive knowing.
how I know when I'm in certain states based on thoughts. Sometimes I'm in these certain states and I just become dissociated. So it's like hard to know. So I'm sharing that. I'm also sharing a session that I did in December of 2025. And that I went specifically into that session with deeper questions about intuition, about knowing, and how I can just continue to refine that, continue to get to know myself because the more...
I know myself, the more in alignment I can live and just the easier, happier my days seem. One of the things that was so cool about that session was the way it came through was like the way we see or call or know our intuition. It's like looking at the whole human body and being like, it sees things. And so was like, there's just so much more that we can know.
understand about our intuition. But what we need to do first is like quiet that inner noise, make that internal landscape very smooth, very calm, so we can understand those subtleties of our intuition. So for full session and my commentary, and then another episode where I just talk about my personal experience with the nervous system specifically in the last like year and a half, all of that on Patreon, links are in the show notes, of course.
Let's get into it. This month we're talking all about the nervous system. I have three hypnotic journeys for you to explore it, to calm it, to dig a little bit deeper so you can get this calm knowing inside of you on a more regular basis. Okay, so next week we're starting off with episode 262. That is your foundation for the month. It's designed to be used for 30 nights in a row. Listen at bedtime, no effort, no journaling, just turn it on.
Jina Seer (06:55.712)
and actively listen to the words as you're starting to drift off to sleep. And then every single night, the words just layer into your subconscious mind as you fall asleep. So this is going layer by layer for 30 nights. And in your days, you'll notice less reactivity, fewer spirals, especially after decisions, more access to that calm before responding, and clearer intuition all day long.
So repetition retrains your nervous system and this is conditioning layer by layer every night for 30 nights. So that one is designed to soothe your nervous system in that moment, but then give you those hypnotic suggestions and that somatic experience so you can more effortlessly take it into your everyday life. Episode 263, the week after that, is a journey to another lifetime.
So sometimes we get stuck in these emotional patterns, these perceptions, the way we view life, and to go into another lifetime where we can access a different version of ourself, and specifically in this one, one who is steady, regulated, internally safe, not hiding, not escaping, just grounded, solid in who they are, their knowing.
Our nervous system learns by experience. So the more we can put our body in those experiences to reset that, to experience a different state, the better. And experience to another lifetime will help you rewire that and change those perspectives instantly. That hypnotic journey in episode 263 is one that you can listen to anytime when you need to feel unshakable from within. When you need your strong inner knowing and the confidence and peace that comes from that.
Okay, the episode after that is episode 264. We're gonna journey to your higher self to integrate all of this information. So next week, you're gonna start the 30 day hypnotic journey every night. You'll pop in at least once this month and do that journey to another lifetime to get that full body experience of experiencing feeling unshakable, solid within yourself. And this last hypnotic journey of the month, the journey to your higher self is designed for you to bring
Jina Seer (09:10.432)
a question, anything you kind of want to clear up if some things got kicked up or you did a hypnotic journey or you're starting to, you know, just want to go deeper with certain questions that might be coming up on this topic. We are going to go to your higher self for this clarity and understand like what is clarity? What is activation? What does calm power look like in your life? You can use this episode when you're making a big decision, when you're feeling uncertain, when you want to respond to something instead of react.
This is where your intuition gets clear. So not because you're like forcing it or trying, but just because you're going into that relaxed state, you're calming your nervous system. And we're intentionally moving your focus to a place where you can hear that inner wisdom. If you've been waiting for more clarity, if you want to feel more connected to your intuition, I don't think you require more thinking. I think it just requires a calmer baseline.
So this month is all about that, regulating your nervous system and using that for just a better experience in the moment, but also setting the foundation for you to have access to that calm inner knowing inside of you. So anytime you're feeling stressed, revved up, overthinking, doubting yourself, come to these hypnotic journeys in this month and you'll be able to reset your nervous system in the
and then go on a specific journey based on what it is that you want to explore within your journey, learning to regulate your nervous system and gaining even more access to your intuition, your inner knowing. That is what is coming this month on Seer Sessions. It's all about regulating your nervous system so you can feel even more grounded, steady and clear within yourself and within your life. Okay, if you're here this long, I'm going to tell you what I did.
I needed a little nervous system reset. When I spend way too much time at my desk and working and not enough time out in nature, I feel it, man. It's harder for me to relax. It's harder for me to just kind of get into a more joyful, relaxed state. It's so easy for me to like slip into nihilism, negativity.
Jina Seer (11:34.854)
And I was feeling that within me. And last week I had so much work to do. I'm leaving for a training in the middle of March for a week and I have to study like 40 hours before I even do that training. So it was all feeling like a lot. And I said, hey, remember who's in charge? Me. And remember that you, you know, put all kinds of time and energy being able to work remotely.
So why don't you take a little trip somewhere? And you know what? I immediately thought of Death Valley National Park because I have been hearing all winter about the rainfall that they've been getting. And if you're a geek like me who loves the desert, you know that a winter rainfall means probably, hopefully, a lot of springtime flowers. From where I live, Death Valley National Park is six hours away. Six hours drive time.
And I have traveled over 120,000 miles in the last five years in the name of road trips. I have this stuff dialed in. And so within 24 hours, I made the decision to go to Death Valley and the work I was gonna bring, what I was gonna do just to get some things done, but really like just be in that space and be in that beauty. Okay, so what I did was I took off.
I got to Death Valley National Park right before the sunset. And so I was able to stop at an overlook point and just enjoy that sunset, enjoy my first glimpses of Death Valley National Park. And then I went to my campsite, got my campsite for a couple nights and...
Basically just went to bed brush teeth wash face went to bed woke up super early looked at the stars drank my coffee had a little breakfast and then I and I drove 20 miles south about and I got to Badwater Basin and that's where I watched the sunrise for the first day and I was so excited to be there like crazy excited I
Jina Seer (13:40.982)
was just hit with this gratitude to be there. Brought me so much gratitude I like teared up when I was there. I have dreamed about going to these salt flats for so long. And then from there I knew I had to do a long run. I'm also putting in a lot of time training for a 60K that I'm doing in April. So I had a 10 mile run to do and it was so easy. The view was incredible. The temperature was perfect. There was a light breeze.
I just felt like the luckiest person in the world. And it literally changed my attitude immediately. Go to nature, we need it. I took myself out to a nice lunch. And then I was back at Badwater Basin for the sunset, went to bed, woke up early, drove back out there to the salt flats to what I wanted to do was watch the sunrise and record parts of this podcast episode.
After I did that, headed home and I was home about 48 hours after I left. And that might stress some people out, but I have this dialed in so much that it's pretty easy for me to pack my truck with everything I need for a camp trip. And really I know exactly what to look for, what I'm doing. And it was the exact nervous system reset that I needed. That was so much more fun than recording these episodes.
at my desk. who knows, who knows where I'll be next month. All right, everyone, that is our episode for today. Thank you so much for tuning in and I will see you next week.
