This hypnotic journey is designed to help you access gratitude more easily, sleep more deeply, and set the emotional tone for the new year ahead. Gratitude is not only one of the most regulating states for your body, but holding gratitude in your heart, feeling it in your body, shifts the frequency at which the energy of you is vibrating. A frequency of more gratitude, of more love, of more compassion.
And when we can shift the frequency at which we vibrate, that is when we shift our life. That is when opportunities change. That is when we see the world differently. We can see ourselves differently. It all starts from the vibration in our heart, which is why when it came to a new year, gratitude is such a great practice. It not only shifts how you feel in this moment,
but it shifts how you see your life in the future and the people, the opportunities that you attract in the future are more in alignment. Gratitude, peace, love, joy is the natural state of a soul. It's where we wanna be. But when life is stressful or we've kind of made a bunch of decisions that aren't in alignment with our soul, that sort of gratitude or peace can feel so far away. So throughout this journey, you're gonna hear hypnotic suggestions that help you soften your body, unwind the year, reconnect to gratitude naturally, and open space for this version of you that you're becoming. Because this version of you that you're becoming is more joyful, is more grateful, is more loving.

washes it down into your grounding root system.
and Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love.
an abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home, including you.
And so now know that with each inhale, you're pulling up even more of that energy, that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system. With each inhale, set the intention. More and more of this grounding

As you exhale, imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.
As you inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth filling you completely.

Imagine that spark of light. Connect to that spark of light that you are.
And with your awareness, your intention, your attention focused on that light, it grows bigger and brighter.
bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.
This light that you are grows so big, so bright it shines out all around you.

This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.
Imagine this light shining all around you. And now turn up the brightness of this light, the frequency of this light balancing, cleansing your energy, bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you. Anytime you want to balance your energy,
and protect your energy. You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source. And as you inhale, imagine that light coming in, filling every space in every cell of you. As you exhale, imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.
washes down into your root system. As you inhale, you pull up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, which fills you, your energetic field, completely. As you exhale, you imagine that spark of light growing bigger, brighter, all around you.
Inhale pulling in that divine light into your crown, into your being. Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system. Inhale to pull in that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth.
