I took this video on a Birthday trip to Joshua Tree National Park. I was set to do the longest hike I've ever done solo the day after this sunrise. As I was sitting here I was looking at the trail maps (as I do hundreds of times before a big effort) and freaking myself out. I realized, "Oh I'll be hiking behind the mountains in the distance BEFORE the sun rises tomorrow." GULP. Nervousness elevated. I got to to the trail head the next morning and it was so dark I spent an hour getting the courage to begin. An intense morning. Hahahahaha.   • Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. In this episode, I have a hypnotic journey for you. We are gonna journey to that space of hypnotic trance, that transcendental brainwave state where we hover deeply relaxed, not quite ready to drift off to sleep, but definitely not fully awake. And while you're in that space, I'm going to be walking you through evoking memories and sensations in your body.

    and then you're gonna open up and listen to what your body has to say to you. A hypnotic journey like this, it is designed for you to listen to as you're drifting off to sleep at night. So as you're drifting off to sleep at night, make sure you're listening to this. So I'm saying that specifically because I've heard from a few people who have said, I've been listening, I don't know if it's working, and then I'll say, how are you listening? And,

    I'm not a magician, you guys. Okay? So the way this works is I put this out, but you have to actively engage your mind. So if you just turn on the episode and you're listening to the intro or you're not listening to the hypnotic journey, you're letting your mind wander until you fall asleep, that's not how you listen. So let me tell you how to listen.

    You actively listen to those words. You focus your thoughts on the words. It's subtle. We have to actively engage our mind. So that's what you bring to this. You bring to this the willingness to get still and listen to the journey and intently focus on my words. You can't just turn it on and then like not engage with it and it'll work on your brain. Like that's, I don't want that kind of control over you. And that's actually not how this works.

    So you do have to engage your brain, but I am encouraging you to listen before you drift off to sleep at night because it's a way to set that habit. And the most important part of this thing is that for this type of hypnotic track that you listen to it every day for about a month, like 28 to 35 days is kind of ideal. And the idea is, is that you listen to this actively, you pay attention to the sensations in your body,

    And then that way, that communication, those positive sensations and feelings in your body will happen more and more spontaneously in your everyday life. And you'll be more consciously aware any time that happens. So your perception on your life is going to be that you are more connected to your body and that you can get messages from your body that have to do with your intuition or whether something's aligned with you or not.

    you'll be able to get that information even more every single day because you're having this experience and setting these intentions and focusing on these words on this hypnotic journey every single night for 30 days. And another thing, peep the show notes on all of these hypnotic journeys. I have the timestamp on when the hypnotic journey starts. In the future, look at the timestamps and just go right to that hypnotic journey.

    Turn this on as you're going to sleep at night, but do your best to focus on the words of the journey. Allow those feelings to be evoked if there's feelings and sensations on any journey, but this one there is for sure.     removed all responsibilities safely. Make sure you're not listening on a platform where you get assaulted with commercials.     Imagine that divine healing light coming in through your crown, filling every space of every cell, cleansing your energy, balancing your energy, washing away any excess tension, stress, any heaviness. This divine light from above

    washes it down into your grounding root system.

    and Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love.

    an abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home, including you.

    And so now know that with each inhale, you're pulling up even more of that energy, that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system. With each inhale, set the intention. More and more of this grounding.

    balancing your energy and holding you safely.

    And just practice that here. As you inhale, imagine that light coming in through your crown.

    As you exhale, imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.

    As you inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, filling you completely.

    And now bring your awareness to the very center of you.

    Imagine that spark of light. Connect to that spark of light that you are.

    And with your awareness, your intention, your attention focused on that light, it grows bigger and brighter.

    bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.

    This light that you are grows so big, so bright it shines out all around you.

    This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.

    Imagine this light shining all around you. And now turn up the brightness of this light, the frequency of this light balancing, cleansing your energy, bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you. Anytime you want to balance your energy,

    and protect your energy. You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source. And as you inhale, imagine that light coming in, filling every space in every cell of you. As you exhale, imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.

    washes down into your root system. As you inhale, you pull up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, which fills you, your energetic field, completely. As you exhale, you imagine that spark of light growing bigger, brighter, all around you.

    Inhale pulling in that divine light into your crown, into your being. Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system. Inhale to pull in that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth.

    Your mind becomes that clear sky or that still pond. And now bring to the front of your mind a time in your life, a memory you have where you felt strong, light, joyful or free in your body. And just allow that memory to come forward.

    the environment around you, the environment or the mood within you, the physical feeling in your body. Fully immerse your knowing and your being in this memory where you're feeling strong, joyful, free in your body. And now turn up this good

    Feel it in your body.

    And now imagine turning this feeling up, like you're turning the volume up on the radio. And just know that as you feel this in your body, your mind, your soul, it'll be easier and easier for you to feel this kind of strength, joy, and lightness in your everyday life.

    and you'll naturally gravitate to things in your life and opportunities that help you feel strong, free, and joyful. And just be in this energy that you are.

    Feel this in your body.

    Feel the relationship between you and your body.

    deepening this connection with your body, seeing your body as your teammate. It shifts your perspective. Every day now, more and more, you'll feel your body as a teammate and you'll see yourself saying things and doing things that make you such a great

    And now shift your awareness, your focus back to the memory. That memory where you felt strong, free, joyful light in your body. And just hold the sensation of this feeling in your body.
