Clear & Kind Communication With your Body | Theme Preview - Hypnotic Journeys | Seer Sessions #237
I'm sharing the theme behind the next three hypnotic journeys. Theme is clear and kind communication with your body. It's the foundation of intuition, self-trust, and a calmer life.
You’ll hear:
Why your body is an oracle: How your relationship with it mirrors how you move through the world.
How I used to feel with my body: The story of the 37-mile solo hike that showed me how far I have come.
The message from my Higher Self: Why kindness, clarity, and embodiment matter more than ever in a world pulling us toward fear and division.
A breakdown of the three new hypnotic journeys in this series:
A past-life journey to experience clear, kind body communication from another lifetime
A Higher Self journey to understand what blocks (and supports) you in this effort
A directive, bedtime journey that rewires your subconscious to speak more kindly with your body
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself and feel like a teammate with your Earthsuit, this episode is for you.

Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. Today I have a tale of three hypnotic journeys for you. We've got a theme, I'm gonna tell you about that theme, I'm gonna tell you why I chose that theme, and then how we're using it with the upcoming hypnotic journeys in the next three episodes.
Jina Seer (05:41.698)
Before I get into that, I wanna tell you about a little giveaway that I made for you. Tis the season, the veil is thinning. If you wanna use hypnosis to connect with a loved one on the other side, I highly recommend, not only do I recommend,
Jina Seer (06:02.978)
But before we get into that, want to tell you about a premium hypnotic journey that I made for you.
Jina Seer (06:13.238)
It's called connecting with loved ones on the intention for that journey is to connect with a loved one on the other side. So we can use hypnosis to connect energetically, telepathically, intuitively with our loved ones on the other side. This is not a type of hypnosis that I ever set out to do. It was actually something that kind of freaked me out to begin with.
Jina Seer (06:41.304)
but all the sessions that I lead are very client centered. I use their language, their intention for the session, and they really lead the session.
Jina Seer (07:01.334)
I'm really there to hold the space, keep them safe, and then just nudge them and guide them based on what they're experiencing and their intention for the session.
Just a few months after I started doing hypnosis way back in 2018, I had clients that spontaneously would have encounters with loved ones on the other side. And it sounds so wild, but it would happen. And it was undeniable to them. And a lot of these people said it really, it changed their life. Not only changed their grief with this person being on the other side now.
but it changed how they show up in life not being so afraid of death.
Ahem.
Jina Seer (07:53.206)
And in the seven years that I've been leading these one-on-one sessions, I've lost count of how many clients have reconnected with loved ones on the other side. Connecting with the energy of parents, siblings, friends, even coworkers, pets on the other side, it's really profound and I'm like honored that I'm able to sit in on it and it's highly entertaining.
Jina Seer (08:20.884)
Now you can do that. So I made something for you where you can access that through a hypnotic journey. So if you click the link in the show notes, click the link in the show notes, enter your email address.
Jina Seer (08:40.108)
and I'll send you a PDF of how to set up your space, how to stay safe and get ready and prepared for this hypnotic journey. And then you'll get that premium audio file hypnotic journey. And then afterwards, you'll get a writing prompt. And then to help you integrate it, remember it, really apply this, apply these lessons of this experience to your life.
I have a writing prompt that you can use to help you really close out, to help you really wrap up the experience nicely. So click the link in the show notes.
to get yours. So click the link in the show notes to get yours. So click the link in the show notes to get yours.
Jina Seer (09:34.912)
Okay, the theme of the next few hypnotic journeys is to have clear and kind communication with your body.
Jina Seer (09:51.202)
Ahem.
Jina Seer (10:00.054)
I chose this theme because when you are able to have a connection with your body and you're able to integrate your body's wisdom, your life gets quieter, clearer, you stop searching for signs outside of yourself.
Jina Seer (10:24.8)
I chose this topic because when you integrate your body's wisdom, your life gets quieter, it gets clearer, you stop searching for signs outside of you because that guidance is already pulsing in you. It's already there.
Jina Seer (11:11.758)
Ahem.
Jina Seer (11:29.814)
I chose this theme because when I was brainstorming all the different facets of the relationship with the body, of course, I started to think about how we communicate with our body.
Jina Seer (11:43.596)
I think it's pretty normal, even promoted, and a way to...
If you listen to the people around you, it is rampant. We are always shit talking our bodies. And I think that that leads to greater issues. If we genuinely feel frustrated with, resentful of, or...
or confused or burdened by our bodies, it affects every part of our life.
Jina Seer (12:19.224)
So in the last several weeks and, so in the last several weeks, we've been diving into the relationship with the body, learning more about the relationship in general, how to communicate with the body, listening to the signals, and now we're talking all about clear and kind communication.
Jina Seer (12:53.582)
Clear communication from your body to you and kind communication from you to your body.
Jina Seer (13:04.728)
Clear communication from your body to your mind and... and kind communication from your mind to your body or about your body.
Jina Seer (13:17.986)
You know, I think we're just circling the drain. We've spent the last several weeks really diving into this piece of our connection, our relationship to our body, using it intuitively, just really getting on your own side. And this is just another piece of it. Anytime we want to build a relationship with someone, we should have clear and kind communication. And so that's our focus this week.
Jina Seer (14:07.01)
This is just another one of those shifts, the subtle changes that we can make with hypnosis that change the trajectory of our life and change how our lives feel.
Jina Seer (14:23.286)
I used to be someone I had such a drive to do physical endurance events. I really liked running long distances. I run very slow, so it's kind of an enjoyable activity.
Jina Seer (14:37.688)
but I could never go as far as I wanted to. There was always a lot of second guessing with my body aches, pains, twinges, weird feelings that we have when we're moving our body. I never felt like I could trust myself to really take care of my body, understand what was going on within my body. And because of that, it was just kind of this elevated nervousness around taking bigger, longer adventures that a big part of me wanted to do.
Jina Seer (15:08.878)
So in the last few years, I've been on a real journey of making this connection with my body and changing my relationship to my body.
Jina Seer (15:21.172)
Recently I did a 37 mile hike in Joshua Tree National Park all by myself.
Recently, I did a 37 mile solo hike on a trail in Joshua Tree National Park called the California Riding in Joshua Tree National Park. And I felt a lot of fear going into it because I was hiking in the dark alone to begin the length of the trail. knew it would be very just like taxing physically and mentally.
But it was such a milestone for me because I completed it. I did it faster than I thought I would do it. It took me just under 11 hours. But the real win for me was like how I never turned on myself. I never was frustrated with my body or angry with my body or annoyed with my body. I was never freaked out by my body. And I had some pretty intense IT band kind of flare up and inflammation by the end of it.
which ultimately for a couple days like, which ultimately for a couple days affected my range of motion and there was swelling in the knee, which previously I would have foregone all of my training in massage, in personal training, in anatomy, and I would have just been really freaked out by it. And I would have been angry with myself that I.
tried to do something like that and I injured my body like this. And instead the whole time I felt on my own side, I felt this friendship and like teammate with my body. And the IT band thing, it was like, I had this clarity of mind because I wasn't so fearful and in heightened emotions from that fear. I was able to really just rationally think about it and just be like, of course you would be upset.
Jina Seer (17:19.97)
You're an IT band. My IT bands flare up regularly. We've gone a really long way and I promise that I will take good care of you. So, you know, make the noise that you need to, but we only have five miles to go and we are finishing this damn thing. And I finished and I executed it and I iced my knee and I elevated my knee and I massaged my thighs and my IT band. And it was me showing up for my body, but it was also like
this trust between me and my body, which sounds bizarre. But when you're going that far, at least for me, I already have so many fears that anytime I can alleviate a fear or something that kind of triggers me and makes me feel like heightened and stressed and kind of dissociated, anytime I can relieve that, it makes the whole experience just way more enjoyable.
And it helps me feel more in control because I am more in control. I'm able to hear the signals of my body, communicate with my body, feel relaxed mentally for my body. It was such a team effort and such a shift for me. And it's not only in these extreme endurance events, it's in everyday life. Because when I finish these extreme, because when I finish these extreme endurance events,
my prayer or what I'm offering up, like as I'm hiking, if I'm scared or if I'm really, really tired, I will offer up. Anything less than this will not freak me out, will not stress me out, will not pull me away from my goals. And the higher I put that bar where I'm like, I'm doing these things that are blowing my own mind of what I thought was capable, I show up in the rest of my life being like, this shit's easy and I'm confident here and I'm genuinely at ease.
because me and my body have done things that are so much more tricky, stressful, dangerous. And that shift in perspective has moved me from an anxious person who doesn't have a lot of capacity to think of like strategy and action item lists and all of these things to move a business forward, where now I feel like my awareness has been expanded in such a way and I've completed these things that
Jina Seer (19:40.462)
pushed me so much farther that it's easier for me to remain calm while juggling more, you know, balls in the air for work.
Jina Seer (19:54.028)
So a small shift that feels good in the moment, but something that could change the trajectory of your entire life.
Jina Seer (20:06.314)
It is so good to be good to your body.
Jina Seer (20:13.666)
So here's what we got. We have a journey to another lifetime, one where you can feel what that feels like to communicate kindly, clearly with your body. And in that way, if you have no idea how you could possibly feel that, this is a really great way to turn that on in your body. If you're someone who used to feel that way and you wanna get it back, this is a really good way to reignite that. It's a really good way to see a different perspective of the world too.
so you can start to change and see other things, expand your awareness on all the different perspectives that you could take based on where you wanna go. The second hypnotic journey within this theme is a hypnotic journey to the realm of your higher self. This is so you can access the wisdom within your soul, the part of you that lives life after life, life in between lives.
that unique essence and energy that exits your body after your soul exits your body upon death.
that eternal part of you holds wisdom and knowledge that you can access and use today. So we're gonna go to the realm of your higher self.
and I'm gonna ask all kinds of questions. What can you know about clear and kind communication between you and your body?
Jina Seer (21:39.756)
I like to start general, see what comes up. Then we kind of start to focus in and I, then we focus in a little bit and I ask questions like, what do you do that blocks this within you? What do you do or what do you think or what are some of your beliefs that allow you to shit talk your body or be unkind to your body?
And on the flip side of that, what do you do that makes it easy for you to be kind to your body, have clear communication with your body? That way you can see what you're already doing, maybe get ideas for some new things and you can really lean into that energy as you start to lean away from those things that block you from having that clear, kind communication with your body.
Jina Seer (22:31.158)
And then the third hypnotic journey within this theme is a directive hypnotic journey. That means you're going to relax and listen and just allow the words to come into your mind intentionally follow this journey. I evoke emotions in your body via different memories within your own life.
And once we get that positive emotional state flowing within you, I'm adding in some hypnotic suggestions that help you to have that clear and kind communication with your body.
Jina Seer (23:11.5)
That one's a little bit shorter. It's designed for you to listen before you drift off to sleep at night.
Jina Seer (23:22.85)
That one you could also listen to if you're out on a walk or if you want to do a meditation midday. It's like affirmations, but on steroids, because we are intentionally opening up your subconscious mind and putting them and putting these suggestions in there paired with a really positive emotion that's relative to those suggestions.
So those are the three hypnotic journeys in this theme of clear and kind communication with your body. add this to the beginning. And then I'll end the episode.
Jina Seer (24:04.716)
and then I'll end the episode.
Jina Seer (24:09.772)
And then I'll end the episode by letting you know what my higher self had to say when I asked, what can we know about clear and kind communication with our bodies? So put that at the beginning before I talk about connecting with loved ones on the other side.
Jina Seer (24:53.078)
Okay, so I've got my journal here. Okay, so I've got my journal here and I'm gonna read to you what my higher self said. And I'm gonna read to you what my higher self said about what.
And I'm gonna read to you what my higher self said. I put myself into that trance state and then I brought to the front of my mind just the question, what can we know about clear and kind communication with our bodies? Okay, so here is what I wrote.
Jina Seer (25:39.106)
Okay, so here's what I wrote.
Jina Seer (25:48.91)
All right, here we go. The body is a microcosm of who we are in the world. It's like an oracle or metaphor.
Jina Seer (26:04.438)
Most people are disappointed by their bodies, stressed out, or held back by their bodies, yet people shit talk their bodies.
Jina Seer (26:17.846)
and allow their strength and vitality to wither away. The body doesn't lie. We look the way we treat our body. We look like our lifestyle. We look like our thoughts about our body.
Jina Seer (26:34.496)
Yes, we can change this, but it's been decades in the making. So if one is deconditioned and raging and wanting more in life,
Jina Seer (26:50.616)
then they're living in a way that promotes that, yes, food and exercise and food and exercise choices. Nope. Okay. So after the one is deconditioned and raging. And okay, so after decades of it, then go.
Jina Seer (27:18.126)
So if someone is, so if someone has allowed their body to be deconditioned for any reason that might be good. So if one's body is deconditioned and the same person feels frustrated or resentful or stuck or wanting more in their life, that's where they're living from. That's where their body looks like that.
That's where they're living from. That's how their body looks.
Jina Seer (27:53.698)
how we feel influences our food and exercise choices.
Jina Seer (28:08.96)
You know how we feel.
You know that how we feel affects the food and exercise choices that we make. Picture yourself feeling confident, excited, anticipating something good.
or riding the high of something in the past that you just accomplished. We can all feel it's so much easier to make a healthier food choice or move our body or be more positive in general. How we live and how we view our life affects our mood and our emotions and those states affect our food and exercise choices. Even though what...
What affects our body is more than food and exercise. But if we keep it simple and just focus on that, even, you can see how even just focusing alone on food and exercise, we still need to think about our thought patterns.
and our emotions, how that affects the habits we want to create, how that affects the habits we want to create.
Jina Seer (29:25.358)
So I used to see that all the time when I was personal training clients. I would often have them do things.
When I was personal training clients before I created this like coaching program that I would sell to small companies. And that had a lot to do with like emotional intelligence and just being mindfully aware of how you feel and how that affects how you work with people. That was such a game changer for people. It is, it's so much easier to feel better, have positive thoughts, take positive action in our own life when we're feeling that momentum already.
And there are ways that we can implement that momentum in our life and ride the momentum and amplify what's already there.
but all of that is related to how we then treat our body. If we see, okay, I gotta take all of that out. Okay. What my higher self said, we're gonna start over here.
yourself at.
Jina Seer (30:42.25)
Okay, I got my journal here. Okay.
Jina Seer (30:48.544)
Okay, I got my journal here. So I'm gonna read to you. Okay, I got my journal here. So I'm gonna read to you what my higher self said. So I put myself into that trance state. And you can be in that trance state with your eyes open for sure. And that can be really distracting if you're new to it. But if you've done it a number of times, or you feel like you're ready to do it, even if it is your first time, you could do it your first time.
but you can open your eyes in that trance state. So that's what I did. I put myself in that trance state. I open my eyes. I put myself in that trance state. I bring this question to the front of my mind. And this time I brought to the front of my mind that question about what can we know about clear and kind communication with our bodies?
Jina Seer (31:36.544)
And then I sit and I just wait for the answer to come. And then when it comes, I blink open my eyes and I just start writing. And oftentimes it's like, I don't even know what I'm writing until I'm reading what I'm writing, which is kind of crazy, but a fun little mind trick. Okay, so here is what my higher self had to say.
The body is a microcosm of who we are in the world. How we are with our body is how we are in the world.
Think of how we are with our body, how we are in the world, like an oracle or a metaphor. There's a through line there that we can learn from or promote or lean into.
Jina Seer (32:24.652)
Most people are disappointed by their bodies, frustrated, stressed out, they feel held back because of their bodies. They should tuck their bodies.
They downplay their strengths and allow their physical.
Jina Seer (32:46.264)
They cut short their gifts and they allow their physical strengths.
and they allow their physical strength and vitality to wither. The body doesn't lie. It looks like our lifestyle and our lifestyle is really conditioned by our thoughts and our emotions and the perspective on life and the world.
Jina Seer (33:20.521)
One way to get up.
Jina Seer (33:30.766)
Clear and kind communication with your body starts by first understanding how you communicate with your body.
Jina Seer (33:43.872)
which we've been doing that. So if you're new, this is the, we've had several episodes, several hypnotic journeys around different facets of the body, communicating with the body, feeling at home in the body.
Jina Seer (34:01.912)
So go back in the previous podcast episodes to get those journeys.
Jina Seer (34:15.285)
every choice we make.
Jina Seer (34:21.088)
Every choice someone makes is stemming from who they are, where they are, how they feel, what they believe is possible. All of those choices result in a life more of the same if unexamined.
Do you believe this is hard for you? Do you believe people like you don't do these things? Your beliefs determine how you move in this world. And how you move in this world influences the type of body you have and the relationship you have with that body.
Jina Seer (35:04.214)
And that eventually ripples out to the relationship you have with yourself and the relationship you have with the world.
Jina Seer (35:17.15)
I used to really believe that the world was awful, people were awful, and switching to a more positive viewpoint has been very interesting. Number one, it takes a lot of vulnerability to do that, which I wasn't thinking, but of course I'm always avoiding that.
Jina Seer (35:54.58)
and kind of the faith it takes, but I will say in changing that, I have seen a shift in the people around me. It doesn't matter where I am, it doesn't matter where I am or who I'm around with a shift to intentionally look for positive things and not to my detriment, but just for things that don't matter. Like, am I gonna assume?
a more positive outlook or am I going to assume this world is trash? And I would rather be, you know, it's all of it, really, it's good and it's bad. And so I would rather be on the more positive end focusing on the more positive things because that just feels better for me. I can dip into the negative things. I can take action in those areas, but I don't want to reside there just in my everyday life being brought down by it.
Jina Seer (37:02.028)
And you could say with this shift in perspective, I've been on this for a few years now, it's changed the world that I live in because now I show up and people seem a lot nicer than they used to. And I'm still safe and my life is still the same, but it feels different.
Jina Seer (37:24.706)
That's the other thing too. I think it's important to like get out and be mindful and be around other people. If you're only around people like you and you're only hearing about people who are not like you from the media, then I bet you hate the "other" side. That's a sign that you should get off media and hang out with some people who are different than you.
They're trying to divide us. I think that those are the two sides. Okay.
Okay, so what we believe matters. So in a war hungry world where the innocent are harmed, the most
Jina Seer (38:12.568)
So in a world today that's war hungry, where the innocent are harmed and displaced, it's no surprise that we're also all at war with our bodies. Loudly or quietly, is it a friendship?
Jina Seer (38:31.966)
And I had this in a previous episode, I don't know which one, but it's this idea of like, if life is a road trip, your co-pilot, the only other person in that car with you is your body. And so it's gonna be a much better ride if you know each other, if you're kind to each other, if you appreciate each other.
Jina Seer (39:04.053)
And there might be people out there who are like, am not shit talking your body, but are you speaking kindly to your body?
take that out, okay.
Jina Seer (39:18.132)
Even the people who are neutral or not shit talking their body. It's usually stemming from a place of neglect and silence rather than connection, clear and kind communication.
Jina Seer (39:33.482)
Again, in a war-hungry world, it's no surprise that we're all at war with our bodies, even on a subtle level.
Jina Seer (39:53.378)
There is beauty and joy in life. There is terror.
There is evil and terror in life. Wisdom is seeing it all and choosing your focus. Living.
Jina Seer (40:12.246)
and choosing your focus intentionally.
Jina Seer (40:19.266)
based on the life your soul came here to create.
Jina Seer (40:31.798)
With kindness comes care and enjoyment. And with that, your body will change, always. So how are you changing it? Your body is a result of your life. Your body is a result of your lifestyle. Start with kindness and care. And when we live from there, we extend it to others. Not only ourself, we'll...
Jina Seer (40:59.926)
Start with kindness and care. When we master this energy within ourselves, it'll easily overflow into the
It'll easily overflow into the people around us. This needs to start now. We need to do this with people in real life, especially people we're told to hate. We need to hold the center grounded in kindness and humanness, being in the wisdom of seeing it all and intentionally choosing your focus in any moment.
It's not about neglect or pretending something isn't there. It's about doing what you can and then coming back to your center.
If you can't do this with your body, the thing that's right here, the thing you're inside of, you won't do it with anyone in real life or at the voting or poll. In real life or at the polls.
Your body is right there. Start with the kindness and care there, not to the detriment of other people. Do it in ways. If you believe and if you're open, you can see ways that you can be kind and take care of your body. And you'll be able to see ways to do that.
Jina Seer (42:33.068)
that are not only helping you, but helping those around you. Through leadership, representation, it's all important.
Jina Seer (42:53.166)
Choose the things that make you a good leader in kindness and care of your body.
Jina Seer (43:05.898)
So yeah, so with that, one of the things that came to mind is just this idea of starting with yourself. And some people will say that's not enough. And here's the thing, you're with yourself 24 seven, you're talking to yourself anyway. So to start that seed and that flame, that spark that turns into hopefully a raging fire of
Jina Seer (43:43.768)
So it seems subtle. It seems like why would that make a big deal? But here's the thing, you're already talking to yourself. You're already with yourself. So if we can get mindful of what that dialogue is like and make it more kind and compassionate.
Jina Seer (44:16.566)
It's a way to get that energy in this world, starting with you. And the more you engage with that kindness, that gentleness, that clarity of communication with your body, the more you will reference it, the more it'll become who you are. And the more people will see that this is an opportunity and someone who's living in a way like this, and you will see that it overflows to other people. You start to be way more.
clear and
Jina Seer (44:49.982)
And for me, the way I live my life is like, if I want something in my life or in the world around me, I have to put it there. I have to start it. Yes, I cannot make a change in the world all by myself, but I can bring that energy into the collective through myself any way I can. And so if you want to do the same thing, this is a really great way to add more kindness, more clarity.
into the collective energy is to get it within yourself. Show other people how to do it just by living it.
And when we foster that energy within ourselves, it's just easier and easier to see what's already there in the world, to amplify it, to create even more within us, let it overflow to the people around us. So this is not only good for you, it's good for the world. That's what I believe.
Jina Seer (45:55.308)
All right, everybody. All right, everybody, that is our episode for today. Thanks so much for being here.
Jina Seer (46:04.888)
