What that means is that we go through that hypnotic induction. It looks and feels a lot like a guided meditation. We open your subconscious mind, you drift off to sleep, your subconscious mind remains open as I just
say positive affirmations that help you enjoy being in your body, find more joy being in your body every day, joy that helps you move in a direction of the life you came here to create. Within those affirmations, we call memories forward, we tune in with the body, we create a somatic experience within the body that helps you feel even more joy being in your body.
So we have positive affirmations being put into your subconscious mind. We have feelings of joy, of appreciation of being in your body, being activated in your body. All of this allows you more and more every day to understand what it is to enjoy being in your body, to promote those feelings, to help you use that energy to create the life you came here to create.
If you listen to this hypnotic track just one time, you're gonna feel good. A little bit about our subconscious mind and a heads up. So our subconscious mind is always open. It's always listening. It's always influencing the way we perceive the world, the actions we take, the decisions we make, the values we assign. Always, even when we're falling asleep.
And that's why we can experience a hypnosis track, positive affirmations as we fall asleep, not be consciously aware of the changes, but still have those changes take place. It's because we're operating in that subconscious mind. With that in mind, using this to drift off to sleep is a great idea, but not if it gets interrupted by commercials. So listen to this on a platform that's free of commercials. And then right before you hit play on this hypnotic journey, start
podcast sleep timer. It might be a timer you can set within the app or platform you listen to, or it might be an overall sleep timer on your phone, but you want to be able to set a sleep timer so once this hypnotic journey is complete your phone goes silent. You want to keep this space, your energy, your subconscious mind, your sleep space pristine as pristine as you can, especially when you're trying to make these changes.
So figure out how to set a sleep timer, avoid commercials, hit play as you're drifting off to sleep. Okay, get settled in. This hypnotic journey is about to begin.

And now take three deep cleansing breaths.

Imagine that divine healing light coming in through your crown, filling every space of every cell, cleansing your energy, balancing your energy, washing away any excess tension, stress, any heaviness. This divine light from above
washes it down into your grounding root system.
and Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love.
an abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home, including you.
And so now know that with each inhale, you're pulling up even more of that energy, that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system. With each inhale, set the intention. More and more of this grounding

And just practice that here. As you inhale, imagine that light coming in through your crown.
As you exhale, imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.
As you inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth filling you completely.

And now bring your awareness to the very center of you.
Imagine that spark of light. Connect to that spark of light that you are.
And with your awareness, your intention, your attention focused on that light, it grows bigger and brighter.
bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.
This light that you are grows so big, so bright it shines out all around you.

This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.
Imagine this light shining all around you. And now turn up the brightness of this light, the frequency of this light balancing, cleansing your energy, bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you. Anytime you want to balance your energy,
and protect your energy. You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source. And as you inhale, imagine that light coming in, filling every space in every cell of you. As you exhale, imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.
washes down into your root system. As you inhale, you pull up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, which fills you, your energetic field, completely. As you exhale, you imagine that spark of light growing bigger, brighter, all around you.
Inhale pulling in that divine light into your crown, into your being. Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system. Inhale to pull in that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth.
