Another sunrise from my backyard. I remember being on a run on the trails near my home when this was recording in my backyard. It was incredible seeing the colors unfold across the granite boulders along the trail. The red clouds reflected an other-worldy pink ambient light. Being outside under the pre-dawn alpenglow is one of my favorite things.

    There is so much that you could explore on your own and make these tiny shifts in your life every day, multiple times a week, multiple times a month. And you could create a lot of change and never see a healer, never have to pay for a session, never have to schedule it. Just take these hypnotic journeys and apply them to your life. So what I love about a journey to another lifetime is that you can shift your perspective, can gain insights, you can get a new piece of information, you can learn to look at something from a different point of view. And these things can change your perspective in an instant. And our perspective is the filter in which all of the information of life comes in.

    You could get a new piece of information. It can change your perspective completely, and that can influence positively relationships in your life, even relationships with difficult people. It can change how you view opportunities, how you view challenges, how you view yourself. So when we go into these journeys with a strong intention, like our intention today is to experience another lifetime that will help you feel more peace and clarity and less anxious feelings.

    And when I say anxious feelings, what I mean is just feelings that are really dominated by negativity like dread, fear, worry, doubt, self-doubt, resentment, all kinds of things that really can begin to weigh us down. It's not that these feelings are bad or you should never have them or if you have them, you're failing. It's more like pay attention to them, understand them.

    and then seek out things that can help you kind of shift away from it. So I say anxious like feelings because I don't want to imply that you doing this is going to cure your anxiety. For me, I've been someone who has lived with anxiety consciously and unconsciously my entire life. And what's helped me the most is hypnosis and shifting perspectives and shifting just the way I see myself in my life.

    And shifting the way I see myself in my life can shift the way my life feels completely. And it shifts the trajectory of my life. With these changes, we begin to show up as a more positive, loving, confident, peaceful, compassionate person. And not only do you deserve that and I deserve that, but I don't know, when I encounter people like that in the world...

    It's just a great encounter and it makes me feel hopeful for where this world is going because online it does not look like it's going in that direction. So today we're headed to another lifetime. So go ahead, surround yourself in comfort, in some stillness, some tranquility, and just allow yourself to drift off into this hypnotic journey.     this beautiful light from the highest source. holds unconditional love, healing, ancient and eternal wisdom in a deep sense of peace. And as this light comes into your crown, your entire body immediately responds.

    This light immediately moves into every space of every cell of your being. You feel your physical body relax even deeper. You feel your head and shoulders get heavier as your neck relaxes.
