Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. Today's hypnotic journey is all about improving your relationship with your body. It is a directive hypnotic journey, and I'll tell you what that means in just a second. But this theme of improving the relationship with your body is a theme that I've got a few hypnotic journeys within. why I chose this theme, how you can use these hypnotic journeys. That's episode 225. Imagine doing life sitting on a plush throne of your choosing, just the level of softness, the perfect texture of material, the perfect width and depth for your body, your comfort. And now imagine doing life from a throne of pins and needles.
trying to block out the awareness of this throne, inability to get comfortable or find any sort of peace or centeredness on this throne, you can feel the differences of those experiences. And you could see how doing life, making decisions from one of these thrones would help you make a lot of different decisions based on which one you're sitting in. So this idea
of improving the relationship with your body, it's so similar to me because the energy that is me, this eternal soul, if I were to drop dead like a bag of dirt right here, the part of me that is animating this body is gone. It's somewhere else. Now I've got my theories and beliefs on where that goes, but what I'm talking about here is just the fact that there is an eternal energy that is me.

I mean, that part of me is so mysterious and massive and grand, yet invisible and subtle. It's so powerful. It animates this earth suit. It creates a life and relationships. And yet the only way for that energy to experience a life on earth is with an earth suit. The combination of your eternal soul's energy.
And this earth suit is a combination that's completely unique. You only have it for a few decades. So why not make the most of it? So that's kind of on the grand level. But now think about how you feel when you get out of bed in the morning. You know, when you're towelling off after the shower. When you're standing up after a long car ride or time at your desk. Imagine how you feel getting dressed. Imagine how you feel.
in a group of people, imagine how you feel in your life. And now imagine if you could make it even better, more comfortable, more peaceful, more you. So that's what the hypnotic journey is all about today. It's about improving that relationship with your body. We have so much to be grateful for, just having this body.
And it's one thing to have that logically and be like, yes, I can see that. Like I do have stuff to be grateful for, yes. And it's another thing to get it like baked into the system and feeling of you. And that is what this hypnotic journey is all about. So this is a directive hypnotic journey. So what that means is I put you through that hypnotic induction where you get into a deeply relaxed state, your brain waves shift into that theta wave pattern.

Exhale all the air out of your lungs. And after about three deep breaths, just return to the natural rhythm of your breath.

Imagine that divine healing light coming in through your crown, filling every space of every cell, cleansing your energy, balancing your energy, washing away any excess tension, stress, any heaviness. This divine light from above
washes it down into your grounding root system.
and Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love.
an abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home, including you.
And so now know that with each inhale, you're pulling up even more of that energy, that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system. With each inhale, set the intention. More and more of this grounding.

balancing your energy and holding you safely.

And just practice that here. As you inhale, imagine that light coming in through your crown.
As you exhale, imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.
As you inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth filling you completely.

and now bring your awareness to the very center of you.
Imagine that spark of light. Connect to that spark of light that you are.
And with your awareness, your intention, your attention focused on that light, it grows bigger and brighter.
bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.
This light that you are grows so big, so bright it shines out all around you.

This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.
Imagine this light shining all around you. And now turn up the brightness of this light, the frequency of this light balancing, cleansing your energy, bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you. Anytime you want to balance your energy,
and protect your energy. You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source. And as you inhale, imagine that light coming in, filling every space in every cell of you. As you exhale, imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.
washes down into your root system. As you inhale, you pull up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, which fills you, your energetic field, completely. As you exhale, you imagine that spark of light growing bigger, brighter, all around you.
Inhale pulling in that divine light into your crown, into your being. Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system. Inhale to pull in that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth.

When it comes to living a soul-aligned life, our body can help us know what is for us and what is not for us. Our body sends us signals of yes and no.

Allow your body to show you the subtle signals within you that tell you no, this is not an opportunity for you. This is not soul aligned for you.
and just feel that sensation in your body, that knowing in your mind.

Wrap your attention around this sensation and every day now it'll be more and more clear to you what is not for you. No matter how great the opportunity

that knowledge and wisdom is with you always and you'll be more and more sensitive to this knowing. And this knowing will gently, effortlessly guide you to the greatest version of who you came here to be.

And now again, observe the stillness within your body.
Feel your body in this position and now allow your body to show you its signal for yes. When you should take an opportunity, move forward in a certain direction, when something is for you, how do you know what is your body's signal?
for a yes. Just observe the sensations that arise within your body and mind.

Observe the type of knowing that shows up from your body.

And when you can sense that subtle feeling.
Turn up that feeling like you're turning up the volume and allow this sensation to grow within you bigger and brighter.
and know that every day it'll get easier and easier for you to sense this knowing, this yes within you.
You'll effortlessly feel it spontaneously and you'll be consciously aware.

Every day any resistance you had that kept you from moving or nourishing or listening to your body, that resistance is draining away more and more every day.

Like a good friend, you enjoy getting to know your body.
Every day you become more and more aware of the signals and sensations that your body uses to communicate with you.
Every day, your life, your purpose, and your direction grows within you. As you and your body, your earth suit, collaborate together and watch it bloom more and more every day.
