  • Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. Today I have a hypnotic journey for you that will help you improve your relationship with your body. Our body holds so much wisdom for us and so many people spend so much time, energy, effort, language, harming their body, being upset with their body or frustrated with their body. And it's just a waste of time and energy.

    when we could put that same amount of time and energy in, but change it to gratitude, to trying to get to know our bodies, being in relationship with our bodies. And in that, there's so many benefits. We become more intuitive, we become more confident, we trust ourself more, we become more creative, we become more compassionate to ourselves, to other people. With that compassion comes optimism.

    becomes a resilience to life. Life is probably never gonna feel easy. So to have that resilience, that peace, that self-trust, and feeling like a friendship and an allyship with your body can completely change your entire life's experience. I mean, imagine if life was a road trip and your passenger was your body. Wouldn't you rather get to know them and feel like you're on the same team instead of

    just always trying to get them to do what you want them to do and never listening and never trying to understand them. I mean, it would be a completely different experience, of course. And so that's what we're doing here is we are beginning to shift that relationship with your body. The hypnotic journey that I have for you today is a hypnotic journey to another lifetime. So you will be hypnotically guided to allow an experience to come to mind of another lifetime.

    And the experiences that you have from those scenes or those memories will result in a shift in perspective, in belief that will help you improve your relationship with your body today. So this hypnotic journey is great to listen to anytime you want to improve the relationship with your body. So you might be in a great space right now with your body. Maybe you've come a long way and you're like, it might be kind of fun to check in. Go ahead and do that.

    Opening up that layer of connection is so important, not only because of the insights and the wisdom that we get, but in terms of the relationship with the body, like just sitting down and listening is so important. So you don't have to be like in a bad spot with your body to listen to this. Even if it's good, you could make it a little bit better by just opening up that connection, opening up your awareness to the subtle signals of your body even more.

    And then of course, if you are struggling with the relationship with your body, yes, come here, get this clarification, get this perspective shift. But no matter where you are today, know that you can always come back to this. Always come back to this if you're feeling like you want to improve that relationship, you want a new perspective, you gain some other insights, get some ideas, this would be a good container to do that. This one is gonna help you.

    the relationship with your body. So use this journey now to explore that relationship, improve that relationship, no matter where you're beginning. And then remember to come back to this. Anytime you need a little tune up, a little check in, this will do the trick. Okay, are you ready? Surround yourself with quiet stillness. Release yourself of all responsibility safely and go deep within. This can be listened to in a space that's quiet.

    and safe for you to completely relax and mentally check out. You can do this in a reclined position with your eyes closed. You could do this in a seated position. Either way, just know your mind will be elsewhere. So do what you need to do to keep yourself safe.

    And now take three deep cleansing breaths.

    as we begin to sink into this space. Take a full cleansing breath in.

    Exhale all the air out of your lungs. And after about three deep breaths, just return to the natural rhythm of your breath.

    And just imagine this light, this energy from the highest source.

    And now imagine a beam of this divine light coming toward you now.

    And so open the crown of your head and allow this light to come in.

    this beautiful light from the highest source. It holds unconditional love, healing, ancient and eternal wisdom in a deep sense of peace. And as this light comes into your crown, your entire body immediately responds.

    This light immediately moves into every space of every cell of your being. You feel your physical body relax even deeper. You feel your head and shoulders get heavier as your neck relaxes.

    Totally relaxed. You are now bathed in this healing light from the highest source.

    is coming in through your crown, moving through your entire body, washing away any excess energy, anything that's not yours to carry, anything that doesn't serve you or your highest and greatest good is washed out of you, out of your energy field, down.

    And Earth takes this excess of energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.

    holding you safely in the energy of Mother Earth. And now bring your awareness back to the center of you.
