Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. This week to rewire your mind, to train your mind, we are working on improving your relationship with your body. Now, what does that even mean? Here's the thing. Everyone's got a body. Everyone's got a relationship to their body. And some people, that relationship is frustrating, aggravating.
They wish it would change. They wish they could swap the other being in that relationship. And it's just not possible in this life. And I, as a woman in this world, feel it on every level. I see it in my clients all the time. Being in this weird dynamic with our bodies, it sucks. It sucks in the moment. It sucks on the large scale. There's just so many thoughts that people have.
worries, frustrations, obsessions that just like don't need to be there. And I really do feel this within my own life. I'm seeing it all the time in clients. And I think I've even talked about it on this podcast before. People are being called to work on that relationship. And it's not necessarily like look a certain way or move your body in a certain way or eat a certain type of way. It's really the relationship between
the being in the body, the consciousness in the body, the awareness in the body and the body itself. That's like a theme that has been going through so many of my clients' life. I know I've been on a journey with that. I was on a huge journey with that, like just a little over five years ago. And so to see so many clients and even friends kind of going through this, I was like, okay, this needs to be one of the themes each week. And so when I started diving into it,
I thought, my God, there's so much that we could do. We could focus on how to nourish your body. And when I say nourish, I mean, not only the food you eat, but like the media you consume. What else are you consuming? What are you listening to? What are you watching? All of those things. And then also too, like, how do we release? How do we move the energy that is our body within our body? Whether you're talking exercise or breathing or something else, you know? But there's so...

many different things, like even understanding how the body is so often tied to our intuitive senses. So when I was planning this, I thought, this will be a good topic. And then it turned into just like this hairy thing as it always does. And so really this week is just this general improve your relationship with your body. What does that mean to you this week? That's what you're gonna be focusing on. So many things we can dive into.
when it comes to that relationship between the being and the body. So this week, we're gonna start with just how I like to start my questions, which is just like an overarching, what can we know about this thing? What can we do to improve the relationship with the body? And then in the coming weeks, next week, the week after for a few weeks, we're gonna go into more specifics. Like I said, like how are you nourishing your body? How are you moving your body?
How is intuition and your body kind of tied together? How does intuition speak through your body? So this week we zoom out and just focus on like, how can you improve your relationship with your body? So before I get into what that's gonna look like this week, how to use those hypnotic journeys, I'm also gonna tell you at the end of this, I sat down and wrote, just did my writing that I do, kind of put myself into that meditative state, that trance state.
and did my writing and asked my higher self, what can I know about this topic? What can I know? What can I share? What can I, Jina, today? I have been in the health and wellness field since 2001. I had my first gym membership. I think I was 11 or 12 years old or something like that. So I've always had a pretty good relationship with my body, but even that, I've had harmful thoughts and negative thoughts and that sort of thing. And I've...
I spent 15 years in the health and wellness industry. so predominantly there, I worked with women who were really struggling with the relationship with their body. So even though this is something I've been thinking about, you could say the majority of my life, I've been working with people on and off, not only in the wellness industry, but also in my hypnosis career in the last seven years. So many people have been wondering and struggling with the relationship with their body.

So with that, I sat down with my higher self and wrote out what can I know about improving the relationship with our bodies? And again, it's so fascinating to me because as Jina, I have so much experience in this realm. And it's not like I think I know everything at all. I never feel like I know everything, but I feel like, I know a lot. And that plus my general doubt in this,
you know, eternal souls wisdom, my higher self, my ability to access this wisdom, I sit down and it's like, I put myself in that state, I start writing, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by the insights and the wisdom I get. So I'll be sharing that with you.
I already told you a little bit about why I chose this topic. We're starting zoomed out in the next few weeks. We're gonna zoom in on different parts of relationship with the body. But for this week with the theme, we have three hypnotic journeys. So the three hypnotic journeys that I specialize in, which is a hypnotic journey to another lifetime. So you're gonna take a journey to another lifetime that's going to help you improve your relationship.
with your body in this lifetime today. Really, a journey like that. Take that journey, you're gonna get great insights and wisdom on a good day. On a bad day, you're gonna get great insights and wisdom. So if you're curious, take that journey, but note it in your head. And if you're having like a bad body week, if you're having, if you're struggling with your body, if you're having a lot of negative thoughts about your body, come to that hypnotic journey.
A lot of times when we experience another lifetime, it can change our perspective immediately. And that can change how life feels immediately. It could change how you feel in your body immediately. That's the magic of those hypnotic journeys. So take it now, take it when you're not struggling, take it when you are struggling. Remember, this is a resource that you can use anytime.

Okay, so that's the first hypnotic journey for this theme of improving your relationship with your body. The second hypnotic journey, that episode is a hypnotic journey to your higher self. So we use a hypnotic induction to get your mind in that trance state so you can access the eternal wisdom of your soul. That life force that runs through you, that exits your body when you die, that's...
Part of you, I believe, lives life after life, life in between lives, it never dies. And so what is the wisdom within that energy? All the wisdom from all the lessons learned in every single lifetime, that's where we're going, that's what we're accessing. In that, I like to focus on questions, general questions, like what can you know today about improving the relationship with your body?
And it's such a simple question, but no matter where you are or how good that relationship with your body is or has been or how far you've come there, it's just like, what's the next level? How much more can you enjoy this? And so that's a great question. And then I, you know me, I'm always asking questions like, what do you do or what can you do that like promotes that?
What can you really lean into in your life so you can feel more of it even quicker because maybe it's something you're already doing or have done before. What blocks you from improving this? What blocks you from having a good relationship with your body? So that's the hypnotic journey to your higher self, just asking all kinds of questions into your eternal soul's wisdom.
about what can you know about improving the relationship with your body. And then the episode after that, our third hypnotic journey is a directive hypnotic journey. Now that's the directive one. It's a little bit shorter. It's all about me planting positive hypnotic suggestions in your subconscious mind. Listen to it every single night as you drift off to sleep. Do that for 30 nights in a row. And you're gonna see these small little subtle changes like take root in your life.

and grow and change. Journal the changes that you see, the shifts, the feelings, the perspectives that you have as being a being in that body that you have. what are the changes that you see? Oftentimes, they're just like subtle things, things that other people might not even notice besides, hey, you look so calm and peaceful. Hey, you seem so confident. Hey, you seem so happy. Like a lot of times, that's the only thing that people really pick up.
we've just had this perception shift or kind of a new insight or a slightly new way of seeing or doing something. And it can completely change the way our whole life feels. Okay, so that one is designed for you to listen to as you fall asleep at night. So you don't even have to, you just have to put the reminder on your calendar, turn it on as you're falling asleep. And I recommend.
consciously observing, maybe a little writing practice so you can see those changes unfold over 30 days. So that one's just a little bit different than the other two. The other two, you're really getting information. And in that third one, the directive one, listen to it as you fall asleep and let those positive affirmations be planted in your subconscious mind as you drift off to sleep. So you can effortlessly and automatically improve the relationship you have with your body.
Okay, so those are the hypnotic journeys. Use them today. Use them, remember them when you're struggling with the relationship with your body. Then come back, get that information. Every time you do a hypnotic journey, you will be different. So the information that you get will be different. It'll probably all be in alignment, but you will be on a different part of your path.
So you're going to get different insights, perspectives, and it's so fun to see. So just a couple of days ago, I sat down with my higher self and just wrote out, like, what can I know about improving relationships with the body? Now, sometimes when I ask general questions, because I have a podcast and because I talk to clients and because oftentimes,

the questions that I have are a reflection on my life or a reflection on my life really plus what I'm seeing in my clients' lives. So sometimes what I get is kind of like speaking to me directly, Jina, and sometimes what I get is almost like this kind of societal view. So when I sat down with this, was really kind of something else that was on my mind was like, God, we are still here. It's like, we are still seem so confused about our bodies.
And this has been going on for decades, you know, and we're still here. And so part of it too, for me was like, why in 2025 am I even creating a hypnotic journey like this? Like, why are we here still? With all the science, with all the things that we know, why are we still struggling with this, right? Like we all know fruits, vegetables, water, move your body, know, healthier meats or whatever.
But it's like, generally we kind of know what works, how we should eat, how we should move our body, but we just don't. And that's a whole thing too, but just in general, it's like we can't come to a consensus. No one thing works for one person. So that was kind of on my mind. Okay, so I sat down, put myself in that meditative, that trance state, and just started writing. The first thing that came through,
from my higher self was about that piece where I'm like, how are we still here? Like still in these fucked up relationships with our bodies. And what my higher self said was what we're told building trust is, yes, we should trust our bodies. Yes, create that relationship. But oftentimes what we're sold is really just a way to control and manipulate our body.
And so my higher self was going on to say, no one wants to do it, but the first step is literally just being with your body. Like not asking it to change, not trying to change, just be with the body. What does your body need?

now in general, over time, every day, once in a while, you know? And so it was kind of like what my higher self kind of illustrated to me. It was almost like this timeline, this picture that was being shown. And it was like, we start at this point where it's like, trust your body, but it's almost like, try to control your body so you can trust it, so you can predict it. And it was like, no, what we need to do is like,
start over here and just be with your body. Start to understand your body and you start to understand it by just listening, not saying, I don't know where you are now, but we're headed over there. And so just shut the fuck up and we're going there. The way, no, I have not worked with, I've actually started working with people in a fitness capacity recently, like one-on-one and it's been
many years since I've worked in like a fitness, wellness, coaching capacity with people one-on-one. But in that even, can see thoughts that I would have and components of a couple programs that I created where it was like, what are your thoughts about your body? And even though that's kind of the surface, to me, this was almost like underneath that was like, yeah, what are your thoughts about your body? like,
in that is like listening to your body, listening for your body, listening for messages from your body, not trying to change it, not listening with an intention or an agenda to change someday, just like the intention is simply to listen to it. So I thought that was interesting. And I don't personally, I haven't put that into practice. That just happened a couple of days ago.
But as I've been working with people kind of in this fitness wellness capacity again, I have been getting interesting little tidbits and downloads like that. Like I'm building on my old wellness programs that I sat down like eight years ago. So it's pretty crazy. It's crazy too because that was stuff that I felt like did I waste.

That's such a waste. Like I worked so hard on building that company, building up my consulting practice, building up my programs, building up my coaching programs, my fitness programs. And I set it all down. And now it's like, I'm going back to it with like deeper understanding about like the mentality and what motivates people and also a spiritual aspect to it too, which ties it to this greater knowing, this greater reason, this greater purpose.
And I'm just at the very beginning of that. And this was very much like a layer that I was not expecting to be laid there. So that was interesting. And then I just kind of asked like, what else can I know about movement, nutrition? You know, I was like, what else can I throw in there? And then from there, I kind of switched and was like, okay, I do actually have a question on a personal level. I'm training for this huge like endurance effort next spring.
I will be training for it all winter, but right now I'm training for a marathon. I'm going to be doing like a 37 mile distance kind of toward the end of October. And so I'm slowly just, I've just been building. I've been building my endurance, my miles, my time on my feet outside, literally for five years. It's just been this slow build. And I just don't want to overdo it with my body, but I'm having fun and
I'm feeling strong and great and it's wonderful, but I have this programming in my mind of like, you're doing it, you're doing too much. And so sometimes I'm like, well, should I rest more? But I don't necessarily feel better when I straight up rest, like don't do any physical activity. There are things I can do that are light and not overly strenuous, but I feel better the next day. I feel rested, but I still feel like limber and strong. I don't feel stiff, whatever. Going into details you do not care about. But anyway.
I so I've been wrestling with that though, because as a trainer, I started training people in 2002, like personal training, fitness training people like in 2002. And it was always like, you need a rest day rest is very important. And so I've been doing some research and just reading a lot about it and like what constitutes rest, what doesn't, I don't want to overdo it, but I feel really good and feel really strong. And so in that,

the like really personal answer I got was there are no rest days, but every day we should rest. And I was like, ooh, I like that. So we should move every day, but we should also rest every day, which is cool. That was definitely kind of illuminated a couple things for me. And then on the flip side of that, nourishing my body, like how can I keep my body nourished and strong so I can keep moving a lot and often.
And it said, nourish your body, nourish your body. Think of it like nourishing your soul, like good food, food that are good for my body, but foods that like I genuinely like eating too. And then it said, think about it in terms of like also nourishing aches and pains. So when something does ache or something like that, like remember to nourish it, like massage your calf or whatever. Like for me, I do a lot of fascia rolling. I kind of pulse in and out of it.
It's like, start to feel pain and then I start doing it again. And so that was one of them was just like, attention to those things sooner and don't, don't disregard them, like immediately nourish them. Like if my foot hurts and I know it's because my calf muscle is tight, then do something about that in that moment, do something about it at night, do something about it, but like, do something about it sooner. And so it was really just like, pay attention to your aches and pains. So that's where I'm at right now. It's like,
Focus on nourishing your soul, Jina, and then nourish aches and pains, and that'll be the best way to kind of like manage. Am I being too physical with my body or not? And then of course, my higher self said, check in regularly with your body in meditation, whether I'm experiencing aches or pains or not. And that's something that you could do too, especially in the higher self journey this week, the journey to your higher self.
At the end of that journey, I always leave kind of space for a generic question. And the way I word it is, anything else your higher self wants you to know today. And in that space, you could get a cool random insight or answer. You could also know that it's coming and then pull a question from the back of your mind that you wanted to. So maybe you're like, man, my knee's been hurting or damn, my back has been hurting. You could, in that space where I'm saying, what else does your higher self

have for you today, you could in your mind just kind of bring it forward, hold that question in the front of your mind for your higher self and just say, what can I know about my aching back or knee or whatever? And that is a way that we can practice improving that relationship. And it's not, I want to be specific there. It was like, yes, do that. You could get cool insights and understandings about your body, but it's not about getting answers. It's about making that
bridge in that effort. And it's like, it doesn't have to be like an hour long meditation. Like you could literally be standing in line at the grocery store, and just blink your eyes closed and think about it, you know, put your mind in that space and say, what does my back have to know? Or before you go to bed, maybe just take an extra 10 minutes, five minutes and do a little grounding meditation, check in with that part of your body, see if it has anything to say to you. And again, it's not about
I mean, it's great if you get those insights, that's awesome and they will come. Maybe not every time, but they will come. But really, the value there is in the practice of checking in, in the practice of getting quiet and listening. So that was the big theme for my higher self. It was like, get quiet and listen. And that's the point. It's not about what you're hearing. Yes, you'll hear cool shit. Yes, you'll get more understanding.
Yes, you'll get more insights, new perspectives on your body, new ideas, ways to help yourself. Yes, yes, yes to all of that. But the magic is in pausing and using my powerful intention and attention to put it on my body and say, what do you have to say?
whether it's a body part or my body in general. All right, everybody, that is our episode for today.
