  • Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. This week to train your mind, our theme is to move away from anxious feelings, closer to peace, clarity, confidence, curiosity, all that good stuff. This week I've had three hypnotic journeys. If you wanna learn more about this theme, why I chose it, how you can use the hypnotic journeys within this theme, go back to episode 217. The hypnotic journey that we have today is a little bit different.

    Don't know if I've ever shared a hypnotic journey like this on the podcast, but here we go. I'm going to be doing it every week for the rest of the year. So this is a directive hypnotic script. So what that means is that you go through the hypnotic induction looks, looks and feels just like every other hypnotic induction that I do. This one might be a little bit shorter, a little bit different, but really similar looks and feels a lot like a guided meditation. From there, your subconscious mind is open and I just continue to talk.

    I do some things where I evoke a positive emotion within you and that's really to work that neuroplasticity. Your brain and your body's ability to build new nerve pathways, strengthen already established nerve pathways for ways of being, thinking, moving, talking. So we use that in that hypnotic trance state. Your subconscious mind is wide open. It's like the perfect time for that rewiring. So if you're awake during that time, you will...

    be consciously aware of bringing up a memory, feeling that emotion within your body, even if you've drifted off to sleep, because this is made for you to listen to as you drift off to sleep, your body and mind will still be making those connections. Again, this is happening on the subconscious level and the subconscious mind is always aware, always awake, always observing, even when you're sleeping. So it's perfect time. So turn on this track every night.

    for 30 nights as you're drifting off to sleep and just allow those emotions to naturally kind of get wired and strengthened in your body mind. I also am repeating positive hypnotic affirmations. So the theme of this week is really, again, it's moving away from those anxious feelings, fear, worry, dread, resentment, mistrust of yourself, of good things. We're moving away from that and we're moving to clarity, inner peace.

    curiosity, confidence, and more. And so the hypnotic suggestions that you'll be hearing that will be planted into your subconscious mind are in that vein. Now, I recommend you do this for 30 days because we're making this change in your subconscious mind. Repetition is a huge strategy in hypnosis because it works, honestly. So if you do this one and doing it every day for 30 days, when you turn it on at night,

    Naturally our mind just kind of reflects right because the intention of this is to create shifts and changes You just turning on that hypnotic track every night when you go to sleep your mind will automatically be in reflection mode and you're gonna automatically see How you're changing and becoming less fearful dreadful resentful? Noid stuck heavy whatever that is and how you're moving to a more peaceful clear

    Confident curious state now what's really interesting is that when people do this for 30 days? within the first like three four sometimes five days they start to really notice like nothing's changed in my life, but I just feel more peace and clarity and Sometimes that just happens and sometimes that happens, but they see it in hindsight like whoa I always thought I was not intuitive not confident not empowered and I can actually see

    I am that way, I just haven't been acting that way, or I am that way and I've been acting that way and I have not been giving myself the credit for being that person. Oftentimes we see that, we get an even clearer picture of like how we already are these ways and then this avenue is blazed and this practice is made for you to continue changes along that trajectory. And it can be just a fun way to kind of analyze how your subconscious mind is changing.

    how your consciousness and your awareness are expanding, elevating, and you're just able to see more of who you are and more of where you're going. Here's another recommendation I have for this. You can go into your settings on your phone or you can go into the settings of an app and you can set a sleep timer. If you've done that before, I'm reminding you, set a sleep timer for when the hypnotic journey is over so your phone shuts off. You don't want.

    other things, podcasts, commercials, people's opinions bombarding you while you sleep, your subconscious mind is wide open. So protect that and put that sleep timer on so that you can fall asleep listening to this episode. But at the end of the episode, your phone shuts off. I mean, not off off, but at least like another podcast or a book or something isn't going to be started.

    If you've never messed with a sleep timer before, I highly recommend it. And you can just simply Google or ask AI, how do I set the sleep timer on this particular app? However you're watching or listening to these hypnotic journeys. Set your podcast sleep timer, turn out the lights, get comfy, let's begin.

    Just be here now. Feel your breath as it moves in and out of your body. Feel your body move through your breath.

    And now take three deep cleansing breaths.

    as we begin to sink into this space. Take a full cleansing breath in.

    inhaling, fill your lungs completely.

    Exhale all the air out of your lungs. And after about three deep breaths, just return to the natural rhythm of your breath.

    Imagine that divine healing light coming in through your crown, filling every space of every cell, cleansing your energy, balancing your energy, washing away any excess tension, stress, any heaviness. This divine light from above

    washes it down into your grounding root system.

    and Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love.

    an abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home, including you.

    And so now know that with each inhale, you're pulling up even more of that energy, that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system. With each inhale, set the intention. More and more of this grounding

    The nourishing energy of Mother Earth is filling you, holding you safely.

    And just practice that here. As you inhale, imagine that light coming in through your crown.

    As you exhale, imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.

    As you inhale, imagine pulling up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth filling you completely.

    and now bring your awareness to the very center of you.

    Imagine that spark of light. Connect to that spark of light that you are.

    And with your awareness, your intention, your attention focused on that light, it grows bigger and brighter. Bigger and brighter with each breath, each heartbeat.

    This light that you are grows so big, so bright it shines out all around you.

    This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.

    Imagine this light shining all around you. And now turn up the brightness of this light, the frequency of this light balancing, cleansing your energy, bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you. Anytime you want to balance your energy,

    and protect your energy. You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source. And as you inhale, imagine that light coming in, filling every space in every cell of you. As you exhale, imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source.

    washes down into your root system. As you inhale, you pull up that grounding, nourishing, abundant energy of Mother Earth, which fills you, your energetic field, completely. As you exhale, you imagine that spark of light growing bigger, brighter, all around you. Inhale, pulling in that divine light.

    into your crown, into your being. Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system. Inhale to pull in that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth. Exhale, press your light out brighter, bigger.

    protecting your balanced energy. Inhale, bring in the light. Exhale, flush out any excess energy. Inhale, pull up that grounding, nourishing energy of Mother Earth. And now exhale, press your light out all around you, protecting this balanced energy that you are. Inhale, bring that light in through your crown.

    Exhale, excess energy down into this root system. Inhale and pull up that nourishing, grounding energy of Mother Earth. And now exhale, press your light out bigger, brighter, protecting this balanced energy that you are.

    and just be here now in this light that you are.

    And now in this space of expanded awareness, unconditional love, pure potential.

    And now allow a memory to come forward. A memory of a time when you felt curious, light-hearted, interested, even joyful.

    Feel this in your body.

    Know that every day it'll get easier and easier for you to notice any tension in your body. You easily release that tension on your exhale.

    And now just feel it. Inhale and scan your body for tension.

    Exhale and feel that tension leave your body.

    Each time you notice tension, you can also notice a spark of curiosity about what is unfolding.

    and you effortlessly choose that thought, the one that follows curiosity, interest, or wonder.

    What once felt overwhelming now begins to feel like something new to explore.

    Now, how do I want to use this energy for where I'm going and what I'm creating in this life? Along with that question, you feel a feeling bubble up. This is a light feeling of excitement, interest, curiosity. The flutter in your body is no longer fear or anxiety.

    It's simply energy asking, what else is possible? How will I use this to create who I'm becoming?

    Armed with clarity on your path, a deep sense of peace and self-trust, the unknown becomes a doorway, and you are free to step through with interest and ease.
