Embodying More Higher Self Energy
Post Hypnosis Discussion
Embodying More Higher Self Energy | Post-Hypnotic Group Discussion | Seer Sessions #208
A couple months ago, I hypnotized some of my friends to experience the lifetime where they embodied the most higher self energy. In other words, the life where they are living the most of their soul's eternal wisdom.
In this episode a client shares her story of an experience in another lifetime. Experiencing this life helped her uncover more wisdom from her higher self energy.
Listen to the discussion and learn a little more about what a group hypnotic journey is about.

Hey everyone, it's Jina. You're listening to Seer Sessions. In the past several weeks, you've been listening to me in my own hypnotic sessions, doing my own exploration of consciousness, the collective consciousness, beliefs, being stuck, being held back by those beliefs, and ultimately accessing the energy, the essence, the wisdom of my higher self. So I have been steeped in that all summer.
And so for the summer solstice, when I had three friends come into town, I made them get horizontal in my living room and I led them on a couple hypnotic journeys. The first hypnotic journey that we took together over that solstice weekend in June, I led these women to the lifetime where they embodied the most wisdom of their eternal soul, their higher selves. Now, if you wanna listen to that recording,
that hypnotic journey you can find that in episode 199 of seer sessions So go ahead download it bookmark it save it take that journey yourself Experience that lifetime it can be incredibly Healing and it can change your life just by changing your perspective And that is all these women knew when my friends knew that they were coming knew that they'd be taking these hypnotic journeys I told them very little
The wording I used in the induction on this journey that we took on the first day brought them to the kitchen within the lifetime where they embodied the most wisdom, the most of their higher self energy. What you're gonna hear today is one of the participants, one of my friends, her point of view of what happened to her on that hypnotic journey. In the next couple episodes, I'm gonna be sharing what my other two friends had experienced.
And as those experiences kind of unfold, I'm also injecting my own points of view and just things that I want to highlight that I think are really cool about their journey. And who better to commentate a hypnotic journey than this nerd? So this is part one. And in the next two episodes, you'll get part two and part three. It's the same discussion, just a different friend of mine.
Jina Seer (02:18.306)
along with my commentary throughout. This discussion took place after we did a hypnotic journey in my living room. So you're going to hear from these three friends of mine. I took them on a hypnotic journey to another lifetime. Could be future, could be past, could be this dimension, this planet, somewhere else, sometime else, to another lifetime that was going to help them understand, embody more of their higher self energy.
and really encounter a lifetime where they are embodying the most of their higher self essence energy. This lifetime where they're embodying their soul's wisdom. They are living everything they know. So that's the only thing that they knew that was about to happen. And of course that we were gonna be using hypnosis. So in a group hypnosis session, it's like a guided meditation. So if you've never done it before,
Just imagine a guided meditation with a group of people. So I had these three friends reclined and relaxed in my living room, and I was comfortably positioned on the floor of my living room, and I talked them through this hypnotic journey and left them plenty of time and space to either journal or just relax and observe what was coming to mind. Within that, I'm also giving hypnotic suggestions for them to remember.
for them to continue to get information, metaphor, lessons learned, even activations from this other lifetime. It took us about 40, 45 minutes. So when we came out of that hypnotic journey, then we went right into this discussion. I wanted to hear what they experienced in that session. And then of course, I wanted to hear what they got from their higher self. So that's where we started. Hot tea in hand, cozy on the couch.
passing around a little microphone. First up, you're gonna hear from my friend, Becky. Becky and I met online in 2018, and that grew into a real life friendship. Not only does Becky have a great sense of humor, but she's also super intuitive, very magical, and gives great advice. Now, remember, Becky, none of these women knew what kind of hypnotic journey we were going on. They knew that the intention was to experience something about their higher self.
Jina Seer (04:42.682)
but the details of how we were getting there, they didn't know. And the detail I wanna highlight here is that in the hypnotic journey, in the script that I had created, I was guiding them in a way that when they entered that lifetime where they were embodying the most wisdom, energy of their higher self, that they would be in the kitchen or whatever is like the kitchen in that life. And the reason I chose the kitchen was because that's...
how I entered my life on the red planet. And I felt like being in that space really helped my awareness kind of get a feel for that life. So I wanted to bring that into the hypnotic session for other people as well. So when describing her experience in this hypnotic journey, here's what Becky first said. It's interesting is that before you even dropped us in, I was already there in a kitchen.
Yeah. The brain is like an antenna, sensing these things around us and within us. And the more we tune into these subtle messages and pay attention and become more experienced with it, the more we notice, the more subtleties that we pick up, the more nuance we can become aware of. Kind of like if I showed you a picture once, you would notice the big things about it.
But if you were able to sit with that picture for hours, days, weeks, and look at it, you would become so experienced with it, you would notice more details, more nuance, things that you never noticed when you looked at it the first time, maybe even the 10th time. And that's a metaphor how our intuition and the sixth sense works within us. We all have it. It's just, are we using it?
Are we aware that we're using it? And I think the way we can make the most out of our intuition is knowing exactly how we're using it and making the choice how to use it. The more we engage with our intuition and these hypnotic journeys are a really deep, profound, immersive way to do that, to really engage with your intuition, the more we do that, the more we can become aware of in any given moment.
Jina Seer (07:07.918)
The more time we spend in this trance state, in this transcendental space, the more we become accustomed to it, relaxed in it. Our scope that we become aware of can become greater, deeper. And then we really begin to see, you know, what is make believe and what is my sixth sense, my intuition, my instincts.
working as a hypnotist doing these journeys, engaging in this work every day. All those little magic bits, they really light me up. Okay, enough from me. Back to Becky. It was 1820s. I was sort of like a matriarchal leader of my village. And I was like a...
Community leader, but also a healer or sort of like Not a therapist, but like people would come to me for advice My energy was like kind of chaotic and busy but like Overwhelmingly like upbeat like so many people to help, you know got to keep going I Would have people in and out of my house coming for like
help or advice or whatever and they would compensate me by bringing me food and I saw like herbs and like leather to have shoes made and like just whatever they could pay for or whatever they could bring me to pay for like my help and then I would take what I needed and then I would take whatever I didn't need
you know, or like my share, like just enough for myself. And then I would share the rest. So I like saw myself taking like, there was like a plate of food and I took like, you know, a quarter of it and put it, you know, to the side for myself. And then the rest of it, I, you know, wrapped it up and I took some bread and put it in a basket and I was like dressed up and I was going to take it to somebody who needed it.
Jina Seer (09:28.952)
That's sort of like how I was paid for my time. And I was really like focused on ensuring every community member was cared for and had all they needed. I'm just gonna pop in here as I'm editing this episode because so often in my life I'm standing somewhere very cool or I'm doing something really cool and I just wanna turn to the people I'm with and shake them and be like, but do you get it?
Do you get how amazing this is? So I'm gonna do that here. So in this experience, this Becky having this experience of another lifetime where she is thinking of other people automatically, helping to fulfill these needs that other people have, being a leader, being a healer, those are all things that I see in Becky today. They are things that...
Sometimes there are parts of Becky where I look at her and it's like I want to be more like that and that's one of them So I don't know. I'm not inside Becky's brain. I don't know if she feels that way or not I have a feeling that it just comes naturally to her and In that case, it's still good to call it out. Like that's a natural gift. I don't have that So for me I
Do not automatically think of others. I do, I mean, in my daily life, meeting my daily needs, doing my regular thing. It's not about taking care of other people's daily needs. For me to do that, I would need a lot more awareness in that space. I really feel like the environment I grew up in, in me at least, really spurred this everyone for themselves mentality.
which I don't have in every part of my life, but just when I'm going about my daily life, I often don't think of other people and it's not because I don't want to, or it's not because I don't care and I'm getting better at it. But my point in revealing that awful truth about myself, my point in that is that if I were to experience another lifetime where I had this experience that Becky's describing here, where I'm just living my life.
Jina Seer (11:46.617)
leading with other people in mind, leading with being a good community person and, you know, guiding a community and helping heal the people in that community. For me to experience that in as a memory, which I do in a hypnosis situation like this, I call that an activation. And even though that's kind of a little bit of a woo woo term that I'm uncomfortable with, here's what I mean by activation.
If I am put in a situation in another lifetime while I'm in hypnosis, it's easy for me to see how differently this body, this mind, this brain is operating, how different it is from the way Jina operates. And if I want to, I'm able to really...
be in that essence, be in that feeling, be in that point of view, be in those beliefs, be in those values that result in a lifetime like that. That's incredibly activating. As Jina, who doesn't have that in my constitution naturally or not to the level that I want it, to have a full body experience where I...
effortlessly automatically feeling that way, it helps me feel that way in the future. And this is true, there's studies to prove it on a few levels, but neuroplasticity is one of them. Neuroplasticity is your brain and your body's ability to build new nerve pathways or strengthen already established nerve pathways for not only ways of moving, but also ways of thinking, ways of communicating.
and not only outwardly but inwardly as well. So that is me reaching into your ears and being like, but do you get how amazing this is? So that is the benefit of experiencing another lifetime. Not only is it filled with metaphor for our lives today, but we can actually create different pathways and emotional experiences within us that serve us.
Jina Seer (14:06.687)
for the rest of our life and serve us immediately after the session. Back to Becky and her experience in this other lifetime. I saw myself in like a mirror as I was getting ready to leave to go, you know, to like a community meeting. And I was, I had just this kind of old timey looking like skirt and like a belt and sort of like a corset, but like a top under it.
and I had this like big sort of medium size, but big to me now, cause I don't wear hats, like a big, like black hat with like a flower. And I had my hair pulled back when it was kind of tussled. Like I looked a little like my clothes, my shoes. I remember looking down at my shoes and seeing that they looked like old and like, I had like an umbrella. They were old, you know, and worn because I walked so much. walked everywhere. Being able to.
look at yourself in a mirror in another lifetime and be able to see what you look like from head to toe and describe it like she just did here is a master move. So if you are new to these hypnotic journeys, know that visuals like this are not everything. Visuals like this are amazing and beautiful and literally everyone I know who has been
experimenting and exploring in these realms with hypnosis for a few months or more start to get visuals like this. But I was never a visual person either. And I often don't get visuals first. It's almost like I have to trust a knowing or trust a feeling. So even though it's good storytelling and a cool experience when we can get that visual,
Even if you don't know that, you probably will someday. even if you're not, that means you have natural inclinations to get a knowing, get a feeling, get an emotion or a physical feeling. So you probably will get visuals someday, but it's totally okay if you don't. I don't know where we were, but I saw like a volcano. We were worried about it, but everything was fine. Like it was just something we...
Jina Seer (16:32.051)
We worried about it exploding someday. I got the name Isabella and then I also got that I was in Spain or Italy. And my sister was Jill and she was also a community leader and it was more of a matriarchal society, which is interesting. It wasn't like the women were like, were in charge. It was just like, they did all the organizing and making sure that all the community was cared for. We focused, Jill and I were.
and focused on community care. And when we fast forward in the timeline, I just saw myself literally living the same life for my entire life. Always on the move. Like I saw myself very, very old, sort of in the same type of outfit, walking down the road, carrying a basket, taking food to people. people would like...
know, wave out the window to me or yell towards me and say, by on your way home because they wanted to give me something. It was like, saw, I was really proud of my compassion and the integrity I had. It was really important for me to like make sure that people knew I only took enough for myself and then I gave everything else away.
Like I wanted people to feel good about giving me whatever compensation they could give me and knowing it would, none of it would go to waste. and I would give it back to the community. And so I got the wisdom for me today is knowing, if I had a life like that, that I could still create that today. That if it, if I had it once it's possible again.
In that life, I felt really seen, appreciated, revered for my advice and my support.
Jina Seer (18:29.727)
They, I got from my higher self that people were always happy to see me because they felt the medicine coursing through my veins. They saw my duality in the roles I had, but they also knew that I had a singular foundation of love, healing, and compassion. For I was like a true conduit to spirit. I, in that life,
I had a really strong spiritual connection. That was a reason that I was able to get people's trust, because people knew that I had this strong connection. But they also knew that when I would give them advice, that it wasn't just advice I was giving, I would then turn around and take grounded actions to help them.
If someone came to me for advice on something of like they're having problems, like I, I felt like there was like a situation where there was a farmer who was having trouble like with his crops and everything. And he came to me for advice and I helped him figure out how to like deal with, you know, not making as much. And then later on that week, I was like taking him bread, you know? So I would always, it wasn't like my, my care stopped from advice.
It's done. Like they knew that it would be grounded and that whatever I showed up with to help them would be divinely gifted. Like they looked at it as like it was a gift from God and not just like me. So my higher self, I didn't see her until the end. Before we get into this little bit about Becky's higher self, I want to just jog your memory back when she said my sister Jill, what she was referring to there was her sister in this lifetime as Becky, her sister's name is Jill, the soul, the
essence of Jill shared time in that other lifetime with Becky. So oftentimes when people are new to these hypnotic journeys, new to experiencing other lifetimes, experiencing the presence of someone who is in your life today, current day, Earth, third dimension, 2025 or whatever year it is when you're listening, it can feel incredibly potent, magical, meaningful.
Jina Seer (20:54.089)
to be able to feel the essence of someone you know in this lifetime and feel that in another lifetime. And even though that can be very powerful and gratifying and even illuminating, clarifying, I have had so many experiences when this podcast was called Past Lives in the Divine in the first, well, I don't know if it is the first few episodes, it's kind of throughout, but specifically in the first few episodes, it really was
I was exploring a lot of relationships and that sort of thing and the relationship with myself. But in that I was experiencing a lot of profound experiences in other lifetimes of people who I shared this lifetime as Jina with. And it was very illuminating. And who knows? Is this actually another lifetime? Is this just something my subconscious mind is able to?
create to help me extract metaphor and change my life in ways that seem so effortless. I don't know, but I just want you to know that if you experience a lifetime and you feel, you know, you see someone from your life today in that other lifetime with you, it doesn't mean you're destined to be together or you always have to put up with them or you're meant to do certain things together or
Whatever, it doesn't necessarily mean one thing or another. I encourage my clients to allow it to help them understand the dynamic between them or within that person if there's questions or tension there in real life. But oftentimes even just that dynamic can lead to metaphor and a different perspective on that relationship in this life today. Does it mean it's super special if you shared another lifetime with someone?
I think we've shared a life with so many people. mean, more people than we could count. And it's undeniable when you have another lifetime connection with someone, feel it, it can feel so magical and powerful and true. I've had that too, but it doesn't necessarily mean that's the case if you find yourself in another lifetime with someone. Because I get that question a lot. I have another lifetime with this person, what does that mean? Whatever you want it to mean.
Jina Seer (23:18.171)
Honestly, it can mean everything or nothing. You can extract a lesson for it or a metaphor, get some clarity and move on. That middle ground, that's kind of where I like to hang out. Okay, on to Becky and her higher self. My higher self, I didn't see her until the end. She basically just said, in that life, you lived your magic and your magic lived through you.
The way that I felt inside, spiritually and everything, and the way that I wanted to like see the world, I actually lived it. And it gave that energy an opportunity to express into this reality. When you experience that life, and then you back it up to like who you are today, what do you notice the most in terms of like where you could like trust that magic or see that magic? You know, if she...
really lived it and embodied it every day, did you in turn get an understanding of like where you could do it more or where that's lacking?
Yeah, I mean, I try to live that way. but I have this, I mean, in this world, I have this overwhelming, like fear of like security and my foundation crumbling. And so what that does is makes, makes me feel like I need to hoard a bit, you know, of my resources. Whereas in that life, I literally did not think about tomorrow. I just needed enough for my dinner.
And then I knew that tomorrow's food would come some other way. And in that life, I fully trusted that I didn't have to hoard anything because everything would be fine the next day. And so while I've been trying to do that, you know, in my life today, it's really hard, especially with like when I look around at the world and it feels like everything's crumbling and you feel like you want to like hold on to like some security.
Jina Seer (25:25.126)
but in that life, I didn't even, it wasn't even a consideration. Like there was no reason to hoard anything because all would be provided.
Jina Seer (25:38.105)
And what did that feel like in your body? Like in that memory, did it feel like neutral? Did it feel exciting? Did it feel like, wonder what's going to happen tomorrow? Or was it just so normal you almost wouldn't notice it, but knowing that you don't necessarily live like that today, was there a difference in those feelings? It felt like, and I wrote it down here, it had innate gifts to like serve other people.
And so it wasn't even like a thought. It was just like, I innately knew like, I just need to serve people and I'll be served. And so there was never, I didn't feel like, or at least I wasn't shown to feel any kind, like that was my normal life for my whole life. And I fully lived that way like throughout my entire life.
I lived to be like an older woman because I saw myself like fast forwarding. And then like when I was, you know, towards the end of my life, I was still trying to help people even from like my death bed. The community was surrounding me and I'm like, make sure you take all of this stuff, you know. I didn't worry at all about.
being I felt that my community would always make sure that I was cared for because I always made sure that they were cared for. So I didn't even consider a different way of being. So remember back a couple of months ago when I first started back up with this podcast in June of 25, I had said that I had some podcast clients and we had been doing sessions all spring.
And Becky was one of these podcast clients. And so her and I have had many journeys to her higher self. And one of the things that we had been working on and exploring within her and within her higher self energy was this idea of safety and security. Becky is a very generous, giving person, but she was spending a lot of time just kind of worrying about it. And...
Jina Seer (27:56.399)
One of the things that she said was that she still has those concerns for security, but it doesn't create the amount of tension or friction or worry that it used to. And that's what it's all about. It's not about changing who you are fundamentally or clearing the slate of everything that you might care about. It's about seeing yourself differently. It's about
trusting yourself more in those spaces so you can clearly see what you're fearing, clearly see maybe even down the road worst case scenario, and then implement what it is that would serve you best right now and in the future. And ideally, not only serve you, but serve everyone for the highest and greatest good. We gotta watch what we worry about. It is a prayer in the wrong direction. Did you get a grip?
like a grasp of what your spiritual beliefs were in that life? Catholicism, but like it was super witchy. Like I saw myself sitting on the floor in my room, looking up out the window, chanting or praying, but it didn't feel like it was, it kind of had like a Christian vibe to it, but it was, there was something like culturally that I was doing differently. I also had like jet black hair. So.
That was an interesting seeing myself like that. And then, sorry, this is for real my last question. Did you, how did your higher self say you could connect more or get more of that in your life today? Or was that the belief in your magic? She basically said, you know, you should be journaling daily and you should be exploring, you know, your ideas more.
Jina Seer (29:53.221)
and making space to like connect in to myself and to, you know, the universe and that, she said, like, in that life, as much as like, you know, it was like my highest self, the reason it was my highest self is cause I had my, strongest connection to God and my intuition in that life. So it was both things. So,
I had it balanced between trusting myself, but also knowing that some things were out of my control and that I'd be provided for by something externally. And that is what guided me to have such a strong intuition and really be able to give people really sound advice. Because it was, to me, I look at it now from this, Becky, and I think, you're just channeling.
her connection was so strong that her advice came if people felt they wouldn't say it out loud that they thought it came directly from God but that's what they thought they would never say it because of the culture but they felt that it was you're telling you are a channel to God like without using that language. Yeah accessing unseen realms accessing deeper wisdom from our soul
accessing information in the collective. It's all available to us. It's a function of this earth suit. All we have to do is pay attention, focus, and intend to learn. We all have it. It's not just some of us have it. Am I intuitive? You are. Okay, just so we're clear on that. While I was editing this episode, I sent Becky a message and I had asked her just to give me a little update. Her and I started working
with the realm of the higher self energy toward the end of 2024. The session that we did in this episode took place in June of 2025. So there was eight months where we were doing sessions, kind of pulsing in and out of having these sessions, not even once a month, but we had a handful of them. I wanted her to just check in and see like, what is different though?
Jina Seer (32:14.013)
Because oftentimes when we make these shifts in our consciousness, in our perspective, when we gain more peace, more confidence, more trust in ourselves, in the process, oftentimes that doesn't come with a big life change. And so we're able to experience ourselves differently, but in the same life. And so while Becky has had changes in the last eight months, I just wanted her to take this time in August of 2025,
and just reflect on the shifts she's seen by intentionally working with her higher self energy. It has helped me break down and break through what my ideas and my belief systems were around safety and security. I think one of the first and probably most interesting things that my higher self had to say was that security is an illusion.
And there were often times in sessions where my higher self would have things to say that I just awake me would just cringe at, mainly because these are long held beliefs that are really ingrained in who I am. So breaking down beliefs and really having my higher self present things to me in a way that is less of a fixed mindset.
which I think before doing this work, when it comes to safety and security, I was very fixed. You know, we know what the things to do are. We know how to physically protect ourselves. We know how to protect ourselves from being financially in despair. Those are the things that I can consider myself somebody to be very obsessed with thinking about. And when my higher self came in and said, you're not going to get the security you're looking for externally.
It was a huge aha moment. Like, wow, you're right. Because that's what I've been doing my whole life and it's never been enough. So I think working with you on really connecting to my higher self is like connecting to just a higher, more clear headed version of who I am today. I mean, I really can't say anything other than it's been life changing.
Jina Seer (34:40.093)
It has completely shifted the way that I see some of the things that I have sort of mentally struggled with and even physically struggled with for my entire life. It has opened up a door for me to dream and reimagine what life could look like if I am truly embodying the absolute best version.
of myself in this lifetime. What's interesting when I look at Becky and kind of the arc of her life or the parts of her life that I know about her and I have known each other online for years. Ever since I've known her, she's talked about buying land with her sister and really creating a space for community and events and learning and growing and just being immersed in nature. And that's a dream that a lot of people have. And that's a dream that a lot of people
never achieve. With excessive fears around safety and security, that person is probably never going to take the leap and buy the land, take the leap and just go look at the land, take the leap and talk about it and see if anyone wants to do it with you. Just a few months after her and I were digging into these sessions, she not only found land, but she found people to buy it with her and they bought it. When we can release excess
fear, frustration, we make more room for greater possibilities, not only for us, but the people around us, the people on this earth. We create space in our life, in our energetic field to be creative and take in ideas and make something or serve people with those ideas. As one of Becky's friends, I've seen other changes too, just her stepping even more into her confidence, her voice.
and her gifts. But I thought that was interesting. Looking back just on the last eight or 10 months and the shifts she's made, that was one that really stuck out to me because that is a common dream and most people never act on it. Rightfully so, it's risky, costs money. It's scary to partner with other people. It's scary to have a big dream and walk toward it. Thank you, Becky, for sharing your story. Thank you to you listener for being here. I enjoy sharing these stories so much.
